Arby's — Restaurant in Lewiston

Store is very clean, service is quick, and the staff is very polite. The food is the same as every Arby's. The free WiFi is great; however -and the reason this restaurant didn't get four stars-, I took a picture of the inside of the restaurant for Google Maps and a young guy jumped up from a random booth and from across the restaurant shouted, "hey, hey bro, did you just take a picture of me?" At the same time he ran straight up to me. I told him no it was for Maps and he laughed and sat back down to keep charging his phone and using the internet. If free WiFi, with no purchase necessary, is an option and the staff allows the local transient population to siphon the resources as well as make anxiety ridden confrontations to other patrons without stepping in, than the free WiFi should go away. Your best bet for a quick meal with good service at this Arby's is to go through the drive thru and avoid any potential harassment from non-purchasing...

This rating is purely because they use DoorDash for delivery. The food is always consistent but the service for delivery is horrid. I get the convenience and I’m willing to pay more for the food as well as tipping the driver but for a driver to pick up $35 worth of food, go to Albertsons with it to probably pick up another order, to then drive past my house to go to KFC to pick up yet another order to then come back go past my house yet again to deliver I guessing one of the other orders he picked up so 35 minutes after picking up our order we get our ice cold food. This restaurant has always been my favorite Arby's to frequent. Arby's food is always excellent, but the staff at this Arby's go above and beyond to please their customers. I can only recall one time in 40 years that they got my order wrong, which was at a busy time. There was one evening that I went through the drive-thru, ordered, and drove up to the window to pay, only to discover that I had left my wallet on my desk at work 30 miles away.
