We stood to be seated for an hour and 15 minutes after ordering our food the waitress came over and told us the kitchen was backed up we then waited another hour. I ordered a steak and got steak tips I sent it back my chowder was cold and the waitress was more than happy to warm it up in the microwave. I picked at my cold French fries while I waited my sister in law was not able to eat her BLT it was to hard and my nephew fell a sleep from the long wait Which is good because the huge party at the table next to us was fed shots of tequila all night and the girl in the torn jean skirt decided to put her legs on the table I don't understand why they were not cut off. Finally got my steak as it was time to leave asked for medium rare the steak was a beautiful thick steak and was ready to put on the grill it was cold and raw! I took it home to cook it. I got the full bill party of 8 the only thing edible were the drinks the kids fell asleep at 8 and we had arrived at 5. I will never go near this resteraunt again all night from the waitresses all we heard was how busy they were to busy to provide service or cooked food but not to busy to give you the bill thank god they are not heart surgeons we would all be dead! Friendly wait staff, very good food with ample servings and great prices! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the noise. 10/01/2016. Back again and again satisfied. Noise level better this time. Food was hot, tasty and timely. Lesley, our waitress, was cheerful and on top of things. Even though the place was very busy, our wait was no more than 30 minutes from door to appetizer. Entrés were 45 minutes. Not bad at all for the volume. Nice meal. Great staff. Update: 06/01/17. Just ate lunch here. Ordered our favorite meal, seafood stuffed mushrooms and chicken tenders. Both were dry, dry, dry. Related to waitress who related to manager and they did not charge for one stuffed mushroom entre. She did offer to make another set but not enough time for us. However, if I was to have time to stay, I would have challenged this more. I found no seafood in mine and friend found one shrimp in hers. Does not qualify for seafood stuffing in my opinion. Again, it was dry. The buffalo tenders tasted ok but, very dry. I am down grading due to managers unwillingness to not offer a no charge for mushroom entres that were not easily eaten and not as advertised. We did not eat more than a...

Been here a thousand times always great went today got large portion of clams 15 clams on my plate....I paid 17.00 for this....I asked to speak with manager, she came over but did nothing....i do believe she is the owners wife which really puts me off. They used to care and take pride in the food and portions they served... what happened... the " manager" never came back to my table for any feedback or anything. Went from a great experience with great food and service... to ireally dont know that I was even in the same place. Will definently not recommend "The Grid iron" moving forward. Clams were not very good and the portions for the price were ridiculous! They used to beat out chickadee not even close now.......😥 I guess Macs grill or the chickadee will get my business and my recommendations moving forward since grid iron management doesn't care about what they are...
