They are friendly when you place your order. They tell you two weeks and your item will be ready. After two weeks I called to check on the status. They always need to call you back, but they never call you back. First time I had to call 3 times and never got an answer on the status always let me check and I will call you back. Never got the call back till it was ready to be picked up. Picked the order up and ordered a bag and was told they felt bad for what happened and would put a rush on the bag order and it will only take two weeks. Well yet again I call at the two week mark to check the order status only to be told that they needed to call me back. Still waiting for my call back as of today. I have purchased here on a few items and have to say communication from management to their customers is lacking for sure. I received no responses to my inquiries (more than one) on their contact form. I wasn’t offered a discount when I mentioned this on an inquiry on their website when I had overlooked the coupons when ordering. I overlooked the discounts as I was trying to get things shipped out to my son and daughter in law quickly to Nashville.
