This was my first time going to a Jimmy John's and most likely my last. I downloaded and created an account. My reward was supposed to be a free sandwich it said the discount would be applied at checkout. No discount. Not really this stores fault. So I paid for the sandwich and went into the store to pick up my order it was ready, but the workers were sitting in chairs talking, and weren't really interested in customer service they looked super lazy the 3rd employee retrieved my sandwich. I get home, and it's missing one of the key ingredients it was a veggie sandwich, cucumbers, lettuce cheese, and tomato with mayo and avocado spread. I also added light peppers and onion. No cucumbers to be found if you're not adding meat to a sandwich, The cucumbers are like the meat but a veggie. How could they forget this? That's what little John's #6 is. Sure, she offered to remake it, but at that point, I was already home and didn't have time to go back. It seems like this is a trend other customers say the same thing in the comments. I'm not sure how such a simple sandwich can get messed up. Guess I should have read the reviews first. The sandwich it's self did not taste fresh. The lettuce was wilted, and it was overloaded with mayo, and hardly any avocado spread it actuallytasted horrible. I think they are trying to cut corners and skimp on the toppings. Well, they're not saving infact there losing because customers won't go back. Why waste time energy and money on companies that aren't putting their best foot forward. Read moreOkay so where to even begin my boyfriend loves this place did I'm talking 4 sandwiches a week.. but when the manager Stephen stopped working there it went to the tanks.... we started getting our orders constantly back wrong. My bf orders the same thing everytime 16inch jj gargantuan. I've had to drive from orchards back to the store 3 times in one week because they messed up his food or mine. Or they forgot items like a whole sandwich and a half...but it gets better we ordered 150 bucks in sandwhiches was feeding friends, not a single sandwich was correct.. the whole order was wrong and I'm allergic to onions and we strictly posted no onions on any sandwich good thing my kid noticed before I ate mine because it had onions and jalapeños on it can you scream double whammy because I'm allergic to that too. So I guess you can say yall need to retrain your staff before they kill someone. And teach them to read or something because I shouldn't have had 9 orders wrong in a month time span.... its not okay. And last night they where completely rude and the kid was degrading me...
Read moreWent about two weeks ago, and again today. Two weeks ago, I sat in the drive-thru for about 2 minutes before anyone said anything to me on the intercom. When they eventually did, what they said was “Hello it’s gonna be about 10 minutes before we can take your order”. Okay. Even though I was the only person at the restaurant. I wait. Get my sandwich, which was supposed to be toasted. Get home, it’s not toasted. Whatever.
Today, I pull into the drive-thru. Crickets. No greeting or anything. I wait for one full Bilmuri song, so about 3 1/2 minutes. Nothing. I say “Hello”? No response. I wait two more minutes. Nothing. There is no one else in the drive-thru and no customers inside the building. I pull around to the front and see three teenage…”employees”…just standing around behind the cash register, shooting the shit and doing nothing. I leave.
