McDonald’s is just one of those fast food chains, so it’s not anything magnificent since it’s quick food but it’s good enough to get you full. This specific location though seems to have a lot more problems than the others in town though. My go-to for breakfast is an egg McMuffin and about 75% of the time it has several egg shell pieces in it, so much that you can’t really eat it.
I will say they are quick but that might be part of the issue. A good percentage of the time my order is wrong. Whether it’s not including sauces you pay for or getting the wrong item in general. Which is frustrating when you pay for delivery just to have to drive back yourself to get the correct items. So it’s a gamble if you want to spend 10.00 for delivery to see if you get the right items if you get it from this location. The workers have always been friendly but the accuracy of the orders and preparation of the food needs to be better. The only reason I come to this one is that it’s much closer than the one downtown but I’ve been going downtown since I know my order will be correct there. It’s quite expensive for a fast food joint and when you pay as much as you do for your order it’s a waste to not get what you actually ordered. So much so that you have to come back or individually check each item in the parking lot before you leave unfortunately.
I’d say about 65% of the time your order will be wrong. So it’s really up to you if you want to take the gamble on it. I would definitely recommend they get some management in there to oversee the process they have going and make corrections where needed to really improve the overall experience at this location.
The dining area is quite small when you initially walk in, so seating is limited. There are a lot of times when the workers will put up a sign and don’t allow customers to order at the front kiosk with an actual person, which means you have to order at the self order kiosk which I’ve noticed quite a few times the older customers get extremely frustrated trying to use it and actually end up leaving all together. So I can’t really say it’s friendly to all age groups...
Read moreLast night it was after closing hours we drove past Burger King few blocks away. Their outside street sign was off so we drove on up to your restaurant just a few blocks away. The drive thru was open as they just locked the front doors and we placed our order and sat in our car out front as we awaited one sandwhich they would bring us. Meanwhile this elder couple pulled in and they walked up to the door and I said the inside is closed but drive thru is still open so the couple walked over and said..thats the whole problem..we stopped at Burger King and we were told we couldn't go thru their drive thru with their van as it had the luggage carrier ontop and wouldn't make clearance so they backed out and headed over to MCDONALD'S because Burger King employees were rude to them wouldn't even take an order for them outside the front. So when they finished their story the male employee came outside and handed me my sandwhich. I told him what was going on and that it would be super nice if they could assist them in placing an order. So the male employee said he'd talk to his manager. Manager stepped outside the locked doors and assisted them and they got an order placed. 👏👏👏👏👏👏 My point in all this is making service and sales verses loosing customers over poor managed service. THANK YOU all for going the extra step above and beyond!!!! Both my grandson and I were feeling alot of love at that moment!!! And I am most certain that elderly couple felt...
Read moreWe have 3 and 8 year old. Came to play at the play place. We drove all the way from Orofino. 3 teenagers started to play on the play place. My husband went to the staff and told them. No body came to take care of it. I saw through the window of the play place the manager take look and turn around but didn't talk to the kids. I heard one of the teen ask my child did they want to get through. They were blocking asection. I went up to the counter to speak to the manger. We told you there kids over 12 years old in them play place. She said didn't have time she was called do something else. I told her it was not ok to have teen kids playing with a 3 year old. She not very nice or consinderate about it at all. I just walked away. Then 5 minutes later she finally came and told the teens that they can't be in the play place. The teens walked out and didn't have an order or anything else here. She never came to apologize. She needs to learn to treat the customer better when there are complaints and apologize for the situation, especially for how long it...
