The absolute worst service I've received in a long time. I know that customer service as a whole down the drain especially over the last decade or so but this particular KFC is below the drain and in the gutters. We ordered a $20 fill up meal with a car full of kids and I asked the man at the drive thru if he could fill one of the half gallons with tea and lemonade for the kids and he said no, and that it was too expensive. I said excuse me to no reply. I then asked if we could swap out the cole slaw for another side and just pay the difference. Again, he said no and that we could only swap it for a third mash potatoes and gravy, and again because it was too expensive. The audacity of this "gentleman" amazed me. So we took our order as is and got all the way home only to find out that they didn't even give us the third mash potatoes and gravy that we'd swapped the cole slaw for..... that we paid for. So in a final attempt at some sort of proper service I called to complain about the service and the charge for an item not received only to have it ring for almost 15 minutes before I hung up. And to add insult to injury, after he told us no about the half lemonade/half tea for the kids he grabbed his own cup and filled it with half lemonade/half tea, and drank it in front of us as to be spiteful. Read moreI went through the drive-thru, and ordered the big box... First the guy lies to me and tells me all I can get is coleslaw and mashed potatoes... When it clearly says coleslaw and an individual side, it does not specify mashed potatoes... Then all he had left was original recipe chicken and the restaurant didn't close until 11 and this was at around 10 p.m. ... Not after the whole conversation I have with this guy, I get home and all I've got is mashed potatoes in my big box and no other side... The only reason why I stopped is because I like to eat my mashed potatoes and coleslaw together otherwise I would have gone somewhere else to get chicken... Then I'll call back 10 or 15 times to try to talk to someone and no one is answering the phone even though right now it is only 10:40 p.m. ... I'm very disappointed and will not eat there again, but I will be there tomorrow to speak with someone more in charge then the person they left running the store tonight. And I will contact corporate to complain as well, I've been up for 16 hours working and it shouldn't be too much to ask to get my food right even after you lied to me...
Read moreThis was an unbelievable experience. I placed an order on the app and when they said it was ready, I went to pick it up. When I got there, they said they didn’t have specific items from my order so asked if I’d like to substitute.
I said no, I’d rather just have a refund. When I said that, the employee at the window said he doesn’t know how to do that so I’ll have to go through the app. So now on the app, my only options are to cancel the order but it’s already “ready for pickup” so I’d be charged for it or talk to a guest agent but every time I tried, it told me none were available.
Why is the order accepted and marked as ready for pickup if they don’t even have some of the items I ordered? I decided to park my car and go in and ask about how to resolve this.
I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while employees looked at me from the back while no one came up to talk to me. Several guests were waiting there with no help at all from the employees. I still don’t know how to get my refund for this purchase. How does a place...
