I just received my pizza order a little while ago. I have been waiting inside my home so I would not miss the delivery since 4:45PM. As you can see on my order online, it specifically says “hand it to me”. No one knocked. No one rang the doorbell. I was a little curious what was taking so long so I happen to walk outside and saw that it was delivered at 5:11 PM. Even in the additional instructions, it states, “please knock or ring doorbell and hand it to the customer” It’s a good thing I happened to step outside or I would never have seen the pizza order at my front door! I placed a large order through Uber Eats from the Papa John’s at 1565 W Main St (Lewisville) and the store cancelled my entire order simply because they “didn’t have ranch.” This is the second time this employee has done the same thing. No one called to ask if substitutions were okay or offered alternatives — they just cancelled it and left me stuck with no food for a large group.

I immediately contacted the store when when I noticed the wrong address to cancel the order. I was helped by Jason Williams who made sure it was cancelled and funds were reversed to my account. He contacted us back after we re-ordered to confirm the amount was refunded and the new order was being sent back. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
