Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lewisville

Absolutely horrible experience I have ordered from them three separate times. The first time they messed up my order they got one pizza right but the second one should have been on thin crust and it was a regular crust pizza. The second time I ordered from them I ordered two pizzas for delivery when they got here the pizzas we’re not what I had ordered the toppings were completely different. I called and they said they could remake them but I had to drive up there to return the incorrect pizzas and at that specific time I did not have a car here to take the pizzas back so they ended up going in the garbage. The last time that I ordered from them which will be the final time I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and I used 250 bonus points that I had been saving to get a thin crust meat lover pizza as well. I picked those pizzas up got home the pepperoni pizza was correct but what should have been a meat pizza was cheese with no other toppings. I called the store the girl was not very nice that she talk to her manager and they said I could bring the cheese pizza back but that with my free pizza I could only get two toppings. I told her my coupon said any large pizza she told me no it was a mistake I could only use it for two toppings. She asked me which toppings I wanted and I said if I only get two toppings I will take pepperoni and bacon. When I got to the store and gave them the cheese pizza back that I did not order I showed her my coupon that said any large pizza. She told me the gentleman at the register with her was the manager and he said all she can get any kind of pizza she wants. Lots of people come in and order specialty pizzas with their free points. I said good then I would like a meat pizza as that is the only one my son eats. She said it was too late she had already ordered the pizza that I said I wanted which was pepperoni and bacon. I tend to give businesses more than one chance but this time it’s three strikes and they are out. The employees are rude they have not been able to get an order right and I will never go back to this...

So, a random Tuesday night, and I don't want to cook. I ordered a pizza easy, right? Wrong. The app was fine. I got my big box deal, and this is about 7:40 pm. I wait and wait and wait. So at almost an hour later my food arrives. It's not a shock to me that it is cold, luke warm at best, since my app told me it left the store at 8:05pm.( also should mention I live 5 minutes from the store) I was willing to deal with this. I have many appliances in which to heat up food, but....... they forget my ranch! (I should also say that in said big box, I also got wings) . I am a condiments person. I like sauces. One way to ruin my meal is to forget my sauce. Not only for taste but I paid extra for it! I didn't see the ranch with my order. I chased the driver to his car. The driver insisted that they always put it in the box and to just call if it was missing. Well, here's where I go atomic. I called since there was no ranch. The lovely people at Pizza Hut pick up the phone, don't say a word, and hang up the phone. Uh, no, you didn't. At the end of all this, all that happened was I got screwed out 36 dollars for sub-par food and mad. I could yell, demand my money back, but really nothing could fix it at that point. So as I grumbled and heated up my food in defeat, I decided I just would not pay to eat Pizza Hut again. ...

Ordered a pizza, wings, and garlic knots. When delivered I got the wings, garlic knots, and a pizza box. No pizza, I called Lewisville pizza hut- Mira Brown answered, was not very nice, said before she even asked my order told me I didn't order a pizza. And I ask how she knew that when I didn't even give her the order information. Then hung up on me. So I called back, had to 3 times to get them to answer. Then when they answered, she just wanted to argue with me. Her explanation was "you said you were going to order on line" I said why would I hang up and order on line when I was on the phone.. really come on! Asked for a manager. Explain to him what happened. Then the order was read to me and for some reason the pizza was not on there, however they didn't explain why I got a pizza box. Unfortunately he didn't seem to care about me as a customer, the lady was rude to me when she hung up on me.
