Employee‘a customer service went from impolite to rude, to blowing up and refusing service. His tone was evidently condescending as he became frustrated asking me the same question “how many subs?” I responded with “Italian herbs and cheese” as I could only focus on his tone in his way of speaking to me. “How many subs” he raised his tone demanding for the answer. Respectfully I would’ve responded with the way I’d like to be treated, however after my first “quote on quote” “”huh”” he clearly responded with frustration. Seeing this as I work at an actually fast food restaurant (drive thru window) I just couldn’t understand for his condescending tone. Respectfully I treat my work with what I was taught in school (Central Elementary) Treat others the way you’d like to be treated. So when he responded with what I could only describe as “hate” I lost my respect for the person, unfortunately I reciprocated and mirrored the way I was being treated so the employee blew up and said “you know what, I’m not serving you acting like this” and walked away. Unfortunately I was with my dad and that was pretty embarrassing from both ends. As I don’t really tend to reciprocate on others attitude or actions as I believe actions speak louder than words. Needless to say it was definitely a disappointment, my first time ever being denied service. I apologized to the employee and left saying “you gotta work on your character” speaking from experience not the best way to communicate, but it’s definitely how I was left feeling. My dad told me I shouldn’t had apologized as people that react or treat others like that you shouldn’t apologize to. Needless to say I think today was a valuable lesson for me. Read moreI really wish I could give zero stars! I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times have been terrible. First time I placed an online order and customized 4 sandwiches like I wanted and ordered 2 cookies. When I pick up my food and get home all the sandwiches have the wrong dressing and I didn’t get the cookies I ordered. I called the number on the receipt several times and left messages and got no response. Then I placed an online order a week later, got home and not only were the sandwiches SOGGY they were completely incorrect, none of the veggies I ordered, etc. I go back up there and request them to remake my order and they’re out of chicken! (I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches) so I ask for a refund and get told by the clerk that I have to come back when her supervisor is in. I then ask “how am I supposed to know what hours your supervisor works to know when to come back???”. She tells me I have to request a refund online. And get this you CAN NEVER TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. You have to fill out a dispute in the hopes that someone will contact you, which they never do! So I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I will NEVER patronize another...
Read moreDo not spend your money here at 1288 West Main St. Lewisville store #2015 after 8:00 because the people here will not fix your food, close early, and leave you with the bill, tell you to just file for a refund. There were five people after 9:15 p.m. and they close at 10:00 p.m. The doors were closed and the lights were off when we arrived. Had to bang on the window to get anyone to answer. He was talking through the glass which we couldn't understand and the guy opened the door he said I'm the only one here and I'm not fixing your food just file for a refund. Not very impressed as I've ordered here several times before with no problems not sure what's going on with the management but will no longer order food from here at this location.Good Luck if you decide to do so! I really feel bad about having to write such a bad review of a restaurant. I really do like subway sandwiches but no longer at this location.
