Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lewisville

I love Dutch bros usually. I go to a different location closer to my job and they are on it 100%. Never waited more than 10 minutes at any Dutch bros I’ve been to, but this was bad. Not because they were busy, but the people taking the orders went to cars in one line only, leaving a whole lane of cars sitting for 20 minutes while the other lane was gone before they even started with the other lane. Either more training is needed, or better communication, but either way I shouldn’t have to watch cars come and go while I m still waiting to even have my order taken. This place looks as great as the rest. Awesome building and environment. But the service was insane slow. I waiting for almost 25 minutes for a coffee. I asked if they were under staffed and they said no. But I watched my barista take 2 minutes to slowly put my coffee in a cup. I said do them because there was a built up line behind me, “I greatly appreciate you guys but you need to pick up the pace big time because this took way to long and it should not have. Absolutely disgusting experience this morning. Two young females out collecting orders and a yellow F-150 pulled into the second lane, mind you everyone else was in the first lane, and the young lady skipped 3 cars including myself that had already been waiting close to 10 minutes. Even after I politely told her that the yellow truck they were about to take the order from was not next in line, she had a very nonchalant attitude and was very dismissive. I will never spemd money at any Dutch Bros ever again because of the "service" that I experienced this morning. Do better. I have emailed the corporate feedback...
