Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Lewisville

Good afternoon to everyone. It's been a long time since I've been on here because I've been kind of busy these days and what we've been going through lately I hope everyone is safe and also taking care of the family like I'm doing. I couldn't help myself I had to pull over and stop because I don't drive and talk on the phone that's very dangerous are texting I love life and I'll do not want to take no one's life. Well I'm at a restaurant in Lewisville I am new to the community as living but not shopping I love shopping what woman don't love shopping is it not nature. Well I decided I want pizza I was going to go to Carrollton but I decided I couldn't bypass the one that in my area at the time. What I order a meat lovers also large one I couldn't help myself sometime I think is very good to treat yourself every now and then. This is my first time at this restaurant since I am new to the community but anyway I was in this restaurant and I ordered but first of all I didn't tell you that I met a young man he was so polite to me and it's very respectable as a Young Man. What he did was so loving I couldn't help myself but to giggle but the giggling was of joy since I am a middle-aged woman I know it's some gentlemen still on this Earth but this young man I couldn't help myself to thank him myself when he asked could I help you they open the door for me as I walk in politely I couldn't help myself but it was just so sweet the way he said it and he was so caring you can see it in his eyes. You know they say that the windows to the soul in his eyes. Like I said whoever the owner is are also district manager should know that this young man named Robert because I had to ask for his name for I can also write a review about him good customer skills the food was sensational the temperature out standing very clean restaurant also. I will return again and hopefully someone else also. A satisfied customer don't always come back and bring others. To the CiCi's in Lewisville especially Robert thank you for satisfying me today and making my large meat lovers Pizza I really do appreciate you for your kindness I will always remember what you done for me today it goes a long way with me. The manager there, don't know his name, he is a Caucasian man, always seems to be in a bad mood. Additionally, he is always super sure to make "sure" we don't try to "sneak" in a kid without paying, which is understandable however, My husband, five children, and I would go almost every single Sunday after Church for several months, and he started to recognize us after a while, but he will still do this, again it's not really that bad, but what was bad was that once he actually OVER charged us! He sure is super careful to not miss anyone, but he "accidentally" adds extra people to our tab???? We only noticed because my husband decided to review receipt, no telling how many times this has happened to us or others. I find it interesting that another "1 star" review here mentioned being wrongly over charged as well. We kept going because my kids like Pizza and it's a kid friendly pizza place, but this manager always made us feel unwelcomed. The Alfredo sauce is always super watered down at this location, I did mention it to this manager and his excuse was that it was a new batch and that it hadn't had time to thicken yet, but it is ALWAYS like this, no matter at what time Id go, it was always super thin and almost flavor less. I been eating at cicis for as long as I can rember I am kind of disappointed a little bit but not too disappointed Over all experience was ok. they could improve a little bit. I did not have a bad experience but have mixed feelings. I think that the staff should smile and greet people . I think that whatever the ad on tv should march what you see in person what I mean is on tv. it said 5and change but you get there its more then that. its not a bad price considering what it comes with. just need to match what they say on tv. and staff should smile and greet you that would make people wanna come back no matter the price . bc when u provide a service for someone a smile or greeting makes people feel good.
