Smh…I see why this place is rated a 3 star. If I could give this location a -100 I would!! TERRIBLE customer service coming straight from their managers. Don’t ask them to correct a $60 order that they messed up entirely. They will look at you and turn away and don’t approach a customer that had already waited in the drive through for 35 minutes. I spent an HOUR at this place tonight playing little girl games with two black girls (one of which was a manager) who wanted to disrespect me when all I asked is for them to give me a refund and correct the many issues they made. Below I will post a picture of the two and so maybe they would be happier without a job!!!! This is ridiculous, this manager is hateful every time we go there. She also speaks ill of customers in front of other customers. They also had some booty bumpin music on that you could hear clear outside. No wonder they messed our order up, I’m sure they couldn’t even hear me! These are grown woman too SMFH. The pictures I’m attaching is a patty melt that was barely warm. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The other sandwich shouldn’t have had tomatoes on it and should have came with a large fry but they didn’t do any of that. I got a coffee and it tasted like &$@$ I had them remake it three times and it just got worse. Eventually when we got tired of waiting in the drive through we came in to get a refund on my coffee. My husband text me and said they never brought out the patty melt, the manager took the bag and slung it on the counter and turned around. Didn’t even tell us that it was ours. Then when we threatened to speak to the general manager she turned around popping that little mouth of hers. I want a full refund!!!! I spent so much money to feed my family to get treated like this in return!!! I will make sure this is on all social media!!! Not sure if the girl with the nappy braids was just regular crew or not but she too was very unprofessional with that mouth. Sad they can’t even work at a fast food...

I’m honestly still trying to process what happened during my visit to Whataburger. I came in and ordered one simple thing, just one breakfast burger, nothing else. What should have been a quick stop turned into a 20-minute wait, confusion, and a feeling of being completely disrespected.
I sat there patiently as people who came in after me together, with more complex orders got their food without issue. Meanwhile, I was just left there, waiting, without so much as a “we’re working on it” or “sorry for the delay.” I was the only African American in the restaurant, and I truly pray that had nothing to do with the way I was treated. But watching how easily I was overlooked while everyone else was taken care of, it hurt. Deeply.
What made it worse was watching what looked like my food get placed directly on the bare counter, not on wrapping paper, not on a tray just the same surface they wipe down with cleaning solution. That’s not just careless, it’s unsanitary and disrespectful. No pride, no standard, no care.
And through it all, no one said a word to me. Not a “sorry for the wait.” Not a “we’re a little backed up.” Nothing. Just silence as if I wasn’t even there. I sat there being ignored while staff walked around, laughed, and focused on what I assume was their drive-thru time. The woman who took my order passed by me like I was invisible. It felt personal. It felt intentional.
Eventually, I had enough and asked for my money back. Only then did the manager seem to show any interest , going to check on my food, after I’d already been sitting there feeling disrespected for nearly 20 minutes. At that point, the damage was done. I didn’t want the food anymore , I just wanted to leave.
I didn’t come in asking for much. Just one sandwich, served with basic decency. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, hurt, and honestly humiliated. I expected more from Whataburger. I deserved...
Read moreI went through the drive thru for faster service because there was 2 cars in front of me, one already at the window and 1 ordering food. It took them some time to take the order of the car in front of me. Then 2 minutes after I pulled up to the speaker to order did someone ask to take my order. The person was obviously a trainee, which is fine by me. But I did have to repeat my order a few times. Again this is not a problem. She repeated my order properly, but did not tell me a total. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo only, with fries and small vanilla shake. I pulled up behind the person in line. I waited for a total of 15 more minutes before I got to the window. The 2 cars in front of me did NOT get tons of food as I was expecting, they each got a single small bag and a drink of some sort. I was at the window for another 5 minutes before they handed me my large shake, which they charged for and I will not finish. I asked about this and they said they made a mistake and I said whatever since I was trying to get somewhere. They gave me my food a few seconds later and I was on my way. I should have obviously checked my food before leaving. My burger had a sticker that said mayo. I opened to find everything but mayo. I don't like any vegetables on my burger except lettuce. However I order mayo only because most of the time onions are near the lettuce and I always end up with onions. I cannot eat onions, I LOVE onion flavor but literally gag when I eat them. Whataburger has tiny onions and they are the worst to me. I tried scraping all the ketchup, mustard, pickles, tomatoes, and onions off. I could not eat it. So when I called, they said I would have to bring in the food and they could exchange it. I was 30 minutes from there when I discovered this. If I could give a negative...
