Boost Mobile — Local services in Lewisville

BOOST mobile tried to hold my long time phone number hostage until I bought a phone from them. * The boost online folks started to set my new account up and managed after much difficulty to PORT my PHONE number of over 15 years BUT they could not activate any of my unlocked compatible phones to activate. After many days and hours , (without a working phone), they suggested I go to a boost store. I chose this one in Lewisville, where the guy said he could recover my number and complete activation ONLY IF I BOUGHT a new phone from him.

PIRATES PIRATES Guess what, They would NOT give me a new customer price and they actually charged me over what boost online LIST PRICE is. Charged me $180 for a phone boost advertises as $49 online $119 list!!. Then also charged me $15 for a sim card saying the 2 that I had and paid for could not be used. Remember, I was NEVER able to use this account after the boost mobile folks ported my number into (who knows where). I have made a FTC complaint and a report to the State attorney general, asked for a refund and a credit from boost also a credit card dispute is in the works AND I had to drop the service because the voice calls kept dropping with this NEW Galaxy A03 cheap model phone, With another CELL service now and My original Galaxy phone with no issues. Now I have a $180 phone locked to the boost service for 12 months that I used for a few days only and found out it was BAD SERVICE by every account. Why was I overcharged? Why did they keep my phone number hostage? Why did I NOT qualify as a new customer? I cant believe they have any good reviews when they are pulling stunts like this....

After having the same ATT PREPAID phone for a long time I was in a rut because it FINALLY saw its last day . I was not a boost mobile customer, but wanted an affordable Upgrade and AT&T did not offer that. I am a single mom and I like to do prepaid phones because it keeps it cheap and I can plan my bills. I happened to drive by boost Mobile and decided just to stop in and ALFONSO is the man ...!!!! He was courteous attentive ,knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. He managed myself and other customers very well and got me in and out in a very easy fashion. My favorite pro about my new phone and plan is that I am paying less than I was with AT&T and I am getting a 30 gig hotspot which I use all the time but with AT&T I have to pay $10 for three gigs. He was also able to transfer my number so I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of that. If you are looking to purchase a prepaid phone plan go see him I believe he is there Monday Tuesday...

I had to get a different phone because Boost Mobile kept harassing me to upgrade to the new network. They told me my previous phone would not work with the 5G network upgrade. So I got a different phone that's supposed to be new and it's already having issues and the network is too! I have not even had the phone for a full month yet. When I'm trying to talk to somebody it goes in and out and I constantly have to ask them to repeat themselves or the other person on the line can't hear me. The phone cases are ridiculously overpriced. She will tell you that if you order online the quality will not be as good. Her price was $43 for one case and I ordered from Amazon for less than half that price and got a very good protective case. They are laser focused on selling than anything else so be prepared for them to begin...
