On Tuesday April 19th approx 11am went to purchase a blouse and a to refund previous item purchased. Shelly’s attitude is super nasty no respect for customers nor her her employer Catos. She asked me to exchange instead of refund I said buying blouse for someone else .. she rudely huffed and puffed and let another sales associate take care of me..Shelly continued to throw things and act rudely I ask her why her actions ? Then she started raising her voice and arguing with me and said I don’t have to give you a refund !!! I asked for Mgr number I called standing at the register and the manager called her on the phone and demanded my refund now. All of the sales ladies are very helpful and greet you with a smile. They love to talk to you about what you found and what looks good on you. If you can’t find something you want, they’ll look it up for you on their website and order it if you want it. I’ve been shopping here for the last couple of years and even though I’ve gone from the plus size section now to the regular size section, I still find a ton of clothes for affordable prices. Love...
