I don’t normally post this stuff, but I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before. My friend and I ordered 2 nacho fries deluxe boxes and a grilled cheese burrito combo. We go to this Taco Bell ALL the time, it’s very close to home, but this is the last time. The guy was very rude on the speaker and when we pulled up, he took our card and only gave us two of our three drinks. I saw him making the third (a large drink - this comes into play later) from the window. I should also say one of the boxes had to have no tomatoes on anything because our other friend is allergic to tomatoes. The guy then tried to give us one small bag packed full of everything from the entire order. I asked if they could be separated into the boxes because we don’t know which items would be in the box with no tomatoes. His manager came out and pretty much yelled that we can’t just sit in the drive thru while they do that. My friend and I were both shocked and pulled up, went inside and waited. Once there, they took a while, but we got the two boxes. Well it’s a good thing we didn’t take the bag, because we would have driven off without the grilled cheese burrito combo. We asked for it and the guy said “you wanted EVERYTHING sorted?” And basically gave a sigh and demanded one of the boxes back (I guess they squished it all in there?). We got the combo in a bag and then were ignored. I asked for my drink and they brought a medium. I said “oh it was supposed to be a large” and he immediately said “we’re out of large cups”. By this point, it’s been nearly half an hour and I just wanted to be gone. So I asked for a corporate number before I left. The guy said to find it myself. I was done, so we just left. Food was still good, albeit squished to all hells.
EDIT Omg they still left out some of the order!! So they STILL got it wrong! At this point, I’m more amused...
Read moreI was charged and given the wrong item; Roymer took my order. I wasn’t initially upset, mistakes happen, so I came back the next day (since I didn't have time the day of) to get a refund/comped item for the item I wanted and did not receive. The manager told me she was unable to solve the issue they caused since I did not ask same day, then ignored me when I asked for her name. Nowhere on the receipt does it say it has to be the same day. I called Corporate and they thankfully gave me a coupon for the item i didn’t receive. Corporate was very helpful. Edit: When I tried to order after I received a voucher from Corporate, the staff ignored me for over ten minutes. Only because I was sitting at the window so long, the car behind me eventually got angry and honked for a minute straight; I think that’s why someone finally came to the window and told me to leave because I was “making a mess” after the same car decided to drive through grass to go around me. The man said it was my fault this was happening so I replied the people waiting behind me wouldn’t’ve gotten angry if they didn’t choose to ignore me for so long. Then I told them I was trying to order with the voucher I received, he agreed to take my order. However, when I asked why I was ignored and for the manager’s name, I was refused service again. Called corporate and they said that was unacceptable and I should be expecting a call from a DM or Area Coach. I understand not being happy when a customer goes to corporate to complain, but that is no reason to ignore me or refuse me service. Read moreI ordered a meal at 5:14 today through the drive-thru. I asked for no sour cream or tomatoes on anything. I got to the window and when I was handed my food I asked the young lady if she was sure there was no sour cream or no tomatoes. She assured me that there was not I get all the way home which is borderline of Carrollton and Louisville on 3040 open up my food just to see sour cream I called three times no answer so I had to pack my baby back up and drive all the way back to the main street location this is a big inconvenience and a waste of time especially when I asked not once but twice I take my food back and the woman that was working the window said she was the manager I explained to her what had just happened almost an hour prior she took my food back through the window which is cross-contamination I can't believe she did this she offered to remake my food but I said no thank you I will take a refund I asked her how she was planning on handling the situation with a young lady that purposely lied to me she seemed as if it was no big deal which I'm sure to her it was not because she was not the one being inconvenienced I did get a refund I think. She asked for my card back so hopefully it will be back on in the next couple of days this place is very unprofessionally ran and not safe. You are not supposed to take something back through the window after it has left the window. I will also be reporting this to the health department and Taco Bell's corporate office I tried to call corporate just now but they are closed I was very disappointed but not surprised I need new management and they need their food handlers because obviously they...
