Everything from Annie's Wok was a complete disappointment. The Pork Potstickers (6) seem to be lightly deep fried hours ago and reheated; they were dried and hard. The #3 Chicken Lo Mein combo has the strangest Lo Mein I've ever encountered. It was a three layer concotion of what looked and tasted like Chow Mein sauce and vegetables, a mass of thin noodles, then thin strips of stir fried chicken breast in the top; it didn't look or taste like Lo Mein from other restaurants. It came with colossally gross fried rice that looked like rice that was stir fried with only soy sauce days earlier. I spat out the rice as soon as I tasted it and threw the rest into the trash. We also had the Curry Tofu and the curry spices tasted raw and added as an afterthought into the rest of the dish. I order Chinese food from a variety of restaurants, and Annie's Wok was the worst I've ever encountered as nothing was good or even passable.

I ordered from here for the first time tonight. The price was great and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly. However, there was hardly any cream cheese in the cream cheese wontons, and the lo mein really wasn't mixed. The first half of the container was all vegetables, and the noodles were all clumped together in the bottom half. The flavor of the noodles was great, though. We really loved the egg rolls. I'm not sure I'd order from here again, though.

Tried here for the first time tonight for takeout. Very disappointed. The cream cheese puffs barely had any cream cheese in them. The vegetarian egg rolls were the size of your pointer finger. $50 for dinner and it sucked. We usually go to New China in Blaine but since we live closer to Annie’s Wok we decided to try and will not be returning.

I have never ordered from this place before . The food order was wrong . I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken and I received Chicken Chow Mein which I hate , of all things. Staying polite and courteous since people make mistakes , thinking no biggie , I explained to the manager ( after being passed around to 3 different workers) that I received the wrong food and asked for a credit or for the right food to be delivered and to give her a heads up I must have someone else’s order. The manager basically told me ;” Too bad. “ She said; “ I can do nothing for you.” I told her I am a Realtor. I work with the public. I’ve seen mistakes made that I covered out of my own pocket , like a new washing machine etc.., hundreds of dollars ...for mistakes I did not make ! But I did that to help people and build a good relationship. This would cost their business $8-$10 to make right ( very little ) and yet they would rather damage their own reputation within the community over it . That was her decision . This .... my review. I will never return to this business. They’re unethical. And the appetizer I did nibble on was so greasy and had no guts to it . The cream cheese won tons had maybe a 1/4 tsp of filling in them. The egg roll was nothing but crust. The vegetable egg roll had no filling . It...

Our family eats here all the time and we also do take out all of the time. As I am reading these reviews I am shocked! They have fantastic food and fantastic service. I have never been there where I haven't had wonderful service and wonderful food and I am super picky with both service and food. The amount of food this place gives you is amazing...a ton for your money!!! We even went there once recently and they were ready to close for the night (we forgot how late it was) and the guy said oh no come on in ita not a big deal at all. They didnt rush us at all, even though they were closed by the time we ordered and made us feel so welcome and so relaxed. Now if I would have been a waitress I would have been annoyed but not them they were over ths top nice. Plus I had a little guy with us and was not behaving and they were ao patient. I would definitely give them a try and not go by what these reviews say because like I said I have been there several times and have never once had bad service or food. I am glad I saw these reviews because I recently git a new phone and lots my contacts so I had to look up their number on the web and ran into the reviews. So glad I could put my thoughts about this restaurant out there. Great food Annie's Wok. I am so glad you are in the...

This is a tough one. The food is first rate! Love that Pad Thai!

But my nearest locally owned family-run source of fabulous Pad Thai has an unhappy soul at the cash register during day hours who will turn any concern or complaint you may have back on you as your own fault, then disappear into the kitchen to secure The Owner's approval for any action. After arguing loudly for some five minutes in Chinese - a language most of us local folks are not going to understand - that person will come out to continue the harangue and then accuse you of not being willing to "discuss" the issue further.

Rude, thoughtless, rather sad as a customer-service approach, and an sure way to lose a steady cash-paying customer for the long-term. So, I now call in my take-out orders to one of the other five locally owned family-run sources of fabulous Pad Thai in the area where I am treated kindly.

I am sorry for Annie's Wok, they have a marvelous menu. My advice? Do check out this fine menu but try to arrive after 6pm or on the weekends. A whole different kind of human (younger, cheerful, helpful) is usually at the counter by...
