The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We ordered 4 of the numbered menu items and a slider. Two of the menu items we requested curly fries instead of the crinkle cut fries. And this was after waiting in line for over 15 minutes for 2 vehicles in front of us. When we got to the window, we received 3 menu items, one crinkle cut fries, and one curly fries. We let the person at the window know that we were missing items. He closed the window to talk to someone. The he asked us what we did receive. Then he just stood there while telling someone else. A second employee who was just sitting around and taking selfish came and asked what we received. We again told him. He went to the back somewhere and we waited. We had been waiting at the window for about 15 minutes when a third employee again asked us what we received and what was missing. They were getting almost combative as if we were not telling the truth. Then the person in the vehicle behind us came to the window and asked if he could get his shake. One of the cars that were in front of us was pulled off to the side of us had not gotten there order and was yelling out the window asking about their food. The shift manager asked the guy to step aside but he told her that he was talking to these people about Florida (we were in a rental car with Florida plates). Read moreWent to the Elkhorn Dr. Location in Lexington Ky. After placing my order, I overheard the drive thru worker talking about how they had found multiple bugs in the drink machine. I heard that the manager Desiree was informed, and her response was to just scoop them out. No close it down, sanitize, and reopen. Just scoop them out. Smh. I've worked in the food industry for 26yrs, and know that these things can happen. But to show so little care. It only takes a few moments to be food safe. Then when I get to the window and let the employees know they were overheard, and that I wanted a corporate number and the name of the manager in charge. I never even seen the manager, there was no apology, and they also expected me to pay for the food. I will never go to this location again. And hope that the location and management are inspected by corporate and the Health Department. I've genuinely have never been so disgusted. Read moreWe had just gotten into Kentucky and checked into our hotel after driving all the way from Minnesota. We needed to grab food before everything closed for the night. We walked to Arby’s and then knocked on the window since dining was closed already. DaQuann was super kind and took our orders for us right there without any rebuttals. He was super awesome and his customer service was amazing for being 30 min to closing time. We greatly appreciated it and we will remember this! We had hangry lil girls!
