I just HAD to put this out there!! When the new Burger King opened on HARRODSBURG ROAD in Lex, Ky. I along with lots and lots of ppl did not think it would make it with the management that was there. I stopped going to that location after the 5th time of food being wrong, rude employees, AND VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT! So anyway long story short... had to run to Home Depot today and when I left there I was hungry but really didn’t have time to stop some place for lunch. So BURGER KING is in the same parking lot as Home Depot. I bit the bullit thought I would just pick up chicken fries! I thought I had my coupon with me when I ordered they needed a code I searched to no avail! (They used to say YOU GOT TO HAVE YOYR COUPON WE CANT HONOR WITHOUT)!! So I told the young gentleman on the speaker, he told me to pull around I was prepared to pay regular price no problem I JUST HAVE TO TELL YOU JERRY my order taker and drive thru attendant HONORED MY COUPON WITHOUT ME PHYSICALLY HAVING IT!!🤗. That was sooo very kind of him I thanked him. He had a big smile and great personality and then he surprised me one more time by telling me to please pull up because he was fixing me FRESH CHICKEN FINGERS and he would bring them right out when done! What more could you ask for... so pulled up waited maybe 1minute and the cutest and sweetest and the kindest MANAGER I have ever encountered at that BURGER KING at that location came out the door and told me to be careful contents where hot. And I told her to Thank Jerry for being so kind and NOW I ALSO WANT TO THANK HER FOR BEING SO SWEET and POLITE!! Her name is KEENA (not sure about spelling). But KEENA took the time to actually say kind words and she was just the BEST. I think that location is starting to get it right! I think KENNA & JERRY have found their place to be(I’M KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED) please don’t leave.. because they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE TRULY MEANS!! My new BK pit stop!! Read moreThis order was canceled due to the fact that when I arrived I saw an employee digging through the trash. After that I requested to have some fresh fries from an employee who says his name was Logan he probably was lying about it because he had to think about what name to give me. The individual making the fries just nonchalantly stated ohh they are fresh. They were not they were in the warmer but not fresh. The male who states his name was Logan started to pretend to cough and have a belly ache just being real animated and weird. He then took the basket and the bag of fries in the back coughing and pretending to have a stomach ache. I could not see what else he was doing with the fries because he went to an area that was not visible. While in that area he and a manager called Bella were laughing. At that point I immediately requested a refund. The unprofessional and unhygienic atmosphere there is ridiculous. I rarely eat from there because it is always something but I choose there because it was fast. I asked for a refundabd he just grabbed the receipt and tossed it. I ordered from the app and it would not allow the order to be canceled it just showed three dots as though the representative was going to write something. They wrote nothing. I had to wait until this morning when they finally responded. I have yet to get my refund. This was such a bad experience do better Burger King....
Read moreWent through the drive thru at lunch ordered the 11, bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwich meal and a cheeseburger. then waited for 5 minutes for two cars in front of me to clear. after I get to the window the clerk told me a different total than what I ordered, which was only the sandwich where I had ordered the meal and a cheeseburger. I told her that I ordered the meal and she called a manager over who asked me if I had ordered the two double cheese burgers. I asked her what I ordered and she could not tell me. so why are they loosing track of what is ordered. This has happened before and I had to pull up in order for them to complete my order. Again who is keeping track of the orders, I just asked for my money back and the manager said my food was ready but how could she know if she didn't know what I ordered. I have gone to the survey on the back of the receipt after last time and it is still the same service. This was the last time. I really wanted to try the sandwich but someone else needs to tell me they are doing better because I don't want to go back. For $8.68 I can get a better service at a non-fast food restaurant. Not what I think Burger King could be, they have lost the mark of quality of service. I put my trust in that they could supply my order in a timely fashion. they have failed on both...
