Burger King — Restaurant in Lexington

Got there an hour before they closed, no one but us was in the resturant and drive through was not full when arriving, after ordering our food and finding out we could not have regular buns because they ran out, couldn't find a clean table to sit at, I had to go to the bathroom and wet a paper towel just to clean a table off to sit at, the food took about 30 minutes to get out and every bit of it was cold and the whoopers were missing cheese, when asked why there was no cheese the manager replied with "you have to ask for it" umm thats not the customers job its the cashiers place to ask the customers if they would like cheese, then manager had an attitude. Also heard the manager yell out to tell the drive through like they couldn't take any more orders until they caught up??? How were you behind when there wasn't really anyone there, the lobby was completely empty with the exception of my family and i only a few cars in the drive through, a woman even came in and never had her order taken within the 15 minutes she was standing there, so she left, and they didn't even notice,...

I used to go to this Burger King all of the time due to its convenience to my house. Every time I left the drive-thru I had to check my order before leaving the window as there was usually a mess-up on it somehow.

Today, I come back for the first time in a year and go inside to eat. After I receive my order, I use the ketchup pump and its either out or broke. I ask the walleye lady at the register for ketchup packets when she tells me just to pump the ketchup dispenser because it works. No attempt for help at all.

As I set and ate my meal, I watched two other customers ask for the same thing after attempting to use the ketchup dispenser only to be told the same thing. I could see how it would've been seen that maybe I wasn't aware of how to use the ketchup dispenser. But three out of three customers should tip you off instead of just setting at...

This place used to be well managed. And a nice environment to take your family for a quick meal.. Their food is good ...its their sevice that has really went down.. You stand in line to order and listen to them argue with each other because its not there job to do what ever needs to be done.. If you happwn to go thru the drive thru... You wait and wait... Then you finally get to the window thwy take your money and tell you to pull around front of the building... Well i myself stopped that..i tell them I'm in the deive thru line to get my food if they cant keep up that's on them... Alot of the time there maybe 3 cars dining in... Alot of the time it causes problems with the people trying to go in and eat....They just cant get experienced people working there and care about their customers... Step up!!!!! Or shut...
