Went here with my Family tonight. All was good until they brought out the food. They brought it out and he said our number. But when my dad said "here we are". He took it to another table and the person at the table touched the food. He said it wasn't his. We then motioned it was our food. But we didn't want it because the other people touched it. The server takes it back to the front and I follow. The other guys ask why he returned it and he lied to them saying we returned it because it was sitting up front to long. I spoke up and said "Actually you gave our food to another person and they touched the food. We wasn't eating it. Then they take it back behind the bar and say they will fix another one. Good. Not really. They brought out the same sandwich with the same fish on the bun and it was cold. With all these viruses and flu going around. We didn't even eat. We left it on the tray and left. How...
Read moreStopped in like I do about once every week or 2 to get a fish and chicken meal. Found out they no longer had the sweet-and-sour sauce. Huge disappointment. They've got the best in the market or had the best in the market, in my personal opinion. Fortunately, I did not bring my kids or grandson with me because it would have been a massive waste of money. 2 bites into the chicken, which I found out the hard way has got a new breading. I had to throw it away. That was the most disgusting flavor I've ever encountered. So with nasty chicken and no sweet-and-sour sauce. I guess from now on, when me, and the kids and/or grandkids want fish and chicken. We'll be making the drive to Long Johns in Paris or Danville. No more Captain D's for us. EDIT The new breading is disgusting. No one I've spoken to likes it. They also got rid of their sweet and sour sauce. No more captain disgusting for us or many...
Read moreI ordered ahead for pickup. I went in and waited at the counter for assistance. I watched as my food was bagged and sat on the counter. There was one employee working both the window and the inside counter. However, the employee in the back was just standing there looking out the window to the front (not cooking anything) and there was another employee that passed me to wash windows. Finally, an employee who had been standing at the end of the counter (maybe maintenance) asked if that was my food on the counter and I said yes, and he confirmed before giving it to me. The hush puppies were dry and the cheese in the mozzarella sticks had already cooled down and was stiff. The batter on the fish was soggy. Would not recommend unless you want bad service...
