I want to give a huge shoutout to the crew working this evening. They had an impossible customer with a horrible attitude that attacked all of them. The manager was professional considering the long line and the chaos around her. She stood up for her crew while continuing to help the other customers. The impossible customer said they were going to contact corporate. I really hope that if she does, corporate sees this post and praises the manager with how well she lead her team. Read moreI understand that sometimes it’s a rush. But there is no need to be rude to customers when we are just simply saying we are missing multiple items. I ordered a kids meal and I was missing fire and a side of Oreos. I literally only got the wings. when I said I was missing the items the manger flip over the screen and got upset at us. Instead of getting us what we are missing she got upset at us. We didn’t leave until we got what we paid for .. but it’s the fact most of employees including the manger talked to us very rude, treated us rude, and the food wasn’t even all that for the price....
Read moreService here sucks! No organization just people everywhere. I placed an online order waited in line and and was supposed to pick it up at 316 pm. As of 327 still wasn't done.At that point i had 3 minutes to walk darn near 0.5 miles back to my store. Dont have time for this. The manager on shift was nice jus they obviously don't process online orders with customers in front of them which by concept is COMPLETELY BACKWARDS!
