Went to drive thru, placed order. Number 2 with lg fry & tea, 13pc grilled nugget,num 1, just sandwich w/NO pickle. Didn’t get a receipt. About 4 cars in front of me, no biggie. Not in a hurry. Get to pickup window & guy asked if I had the spicy chicken meal, name. I reply yes. Something is wrong & he’s pointing to the screen showing another employee. Several of them say that was Hannah’s. Lot of chaos over how Hannah needs the correct food. To make a redo- spicy chicken on wheat with chz cuz apparently they gave her My order.. saying this amongst themselves but telling me nothing. Guy tells me it’s gonna be a minute & to pull up right past the red sign. Ok. I sit, wait. Girl comes out & hands me a bag then goes to walk off. I ask what it is & where’s the rest. She asked for my receipt & tells me it’s a num 1 sandwich. (Has pickles) I reply, they didn’t give me one,I ordered….. (all above) She asks again for the receipt I wasn’t given. Told her again they didn’t give me one. Asked my name. She goes back inside with the bag & more waiting. Another lady comes out. Tells me she has a reg chicken sandwich she can give me or a cash refund(I paid with card for someone else’s food) Ok, does the sandwich have pickles because it was ordered no pickles @ they won’t eat a pickle juice covered chicken they didn’t ask for. what about the rest of the order? There was another whole meal & nuggets. She asks for the receipt. I did not receive a receipt. Then tells me ALL THEY HAVE LEFT is the ONE Chicken Sandwich. Ok, so u can’t make the rest of the order? Are u out? Her: we don’t have anything else made. So now we definitely know the food isn’t made fresh, because they ran out of premade. I let her know I have been sitting here 25min AFTER Hannah apparently got my order, then a redo was being made for her, meanwhile now most other restaurants are closed & they are trying to give me 1 sandwich for an entire order with 5 items in it. She doesn’t want to give me the food, doesn’t want to give a refund. Finally goes to get a refund & it’s now going to take 2-3 days for the refund to go back to card. Thanks for letting me know that you’re employee/friends order is more important than the customer u wasted time of that could have gone somewhere else if u would have just let me know u didn’t want to make more food when the order was placed. Read moreI’ve been going to this location since 2011, and I swear I never had a single issue until the last six months. My last SIX orders have been completely missing portions of my meal or straight up wrong. The first three times, I didn’t whine or complain because everyone has their off days, but now I realize it’s not off days. I’ve asked for extra pickles and gotten no pickles, twice my side of Mac and cheese has been missing entirely, tonight I got my extra pickles…and a second container of pickles instead of Mac and cheese, I’ve gotten a spicy chicken sandwich in a regular deluxe sandwich labeled box instead of a regular deluxe sandwich, gotten the wrong drink, and regular nuggets instead of grilled nuggets. I’ve tried to call and get a refund since I place my order on the app to ensure my order isn’t put in wrong, but the phone goes unanswered and if you leave a message no one calls back. I got ahold of them once via Facebook message, but it’s absolutely insane that I have to resort to that form of communication in order to get my order refunded. I’m so far beyond over it, I just won’t come to this location anymore. I know, I know, so many first world problems…but half the reason I frequent CFA is because I was always certain my order was correct. McDonalds gets orders right more often than this Chick Fil A. Last week while placing a $50 order in the drive through the girl with the iPad wrongfully charged me $20 and insisted the card did not go through, my phone notifies me of all transactions. She stated I would have to pull forward for my refund. I said okay places my actual order for $50 and pulled forward. I was “issued a refund” electronically. The next Monday I check my bank to see that both the $50 order and $20 order went from pending to approved. Drove strait to Chicfila the manager stated she would take my name and number and someone from corporate would contact me. Never happened. This is now Tuesday I went to the store again. The manager couldn’t figure out how to actually issue the refund so she gave me cash and denied me from ordering in store and stated I had to go through the drive through. I get it policy is policy. but you could have made an exception to policy for someone who’s been to this restaurant three times in a week to fix a problem you created? Lexington chickfila zero stars my entire neighborhood will receive a fyi on how this location is stealing money directly from patrons. If this would have been an elderly person or someone who would have just believe the cashier when she stated the card did not go through that would be strait theft.
