Edit: I went on the website as requested by the BWW reply and not surprisingly, no response. Wow, just wow!!!
What an experience. When we were seated, we requested a booth that was open, but the greeter said it was too busy and he had been asked to keep that booth open. That made zero sense, but made less sense when less than ten minutes later someone was seated there. Strike one. Sat there around ten minutes before the server finally came by and got our drink order, then waited about ten more before getting the drinks and placing our order. Strike two. Forty minutes later I asked about our food considering five other tables beside us, with a different server, had received their food and ALL had come in behind us. Our response from the server, âthe kitchen is very busyâ. However, they werenât too busy to get the food to the other five tables around us. Forty five minutes after ordering, we finally received our food. Two orders of wings were good. The wrap was not correct, but due to the fact we were hungry, it was eaten anyway. Strike three and four. I asked for a tea refill, ten minutes later, I reminded her and finally got my drink. Strike five We finished eating and needed a carry out box and requested it. Fifteen minutes later, a manager came by and we had to request one from her and it was delivered immediately. Strike six After not seeing her for twenty minutes, the server finally brought the ticket which contained an additional order of boneless wings. UGH! Strike seven The manager we spoke to was very nice, helpful, and apologetic and brought us a corrected ticket which we paid and then left. But, this restaurant experience was still the worst Iâve ever had. And it wasnât that busy, there were open tables and booths in our area. And the two servers working other tables in our area were awesome, constantly in the area tending to the customers. Being mislead twice, having to ask for drinks twice and still wait ten to twenty minutes for a refill, watching others be seated and finish their meal before we received ours, and the worst service ever far outweighed the good wings...

Our experience tonight was surprisingly terrible. We have been to BWW through the south and tonightâs service was the worst that I have experienced.
We ordered approx $200 of food and while waiting we decided to go to the bar. By the way one bright spot⌠the lady who was a new employee â on the cash register â was wonderful and received a $20 tip from me. We try to take care of servers as my daughter is also a server and many times this is a thankless job.
Next we went to the bar âthe inpatient and snarky bartender was rude. She cut me off in the middle of my order/ sentence three (3) times without letting me finish and said this verbatim;
1 âYour server will take care of you (meaning - not me)â then 2 âI can not sell you an whole bottle of wine ( I never asked for a whole bottle) then 3. âwell then what do you wantâ. With a nasty impatient look and tone. When she realized we were not waiting for a meal order and just wanted drinks and order from the bar..
Then the tweeky blue haired bartender came over to the table and took the order directly from of our party. My daughter and daughter in law from our party spoke to the manager because they overheard the interaction between then bartender and myself.
Manager basically told her that is our â best waitressâ⌠âthis is news to me. (Or new)â He then took my wifeâs credit card and handled the payment so the bartender did not have to come over and interact any further.
When we got the order home for a birthday celebration we had zero sauces, No guacamole, and my daughter called the BWW and they proceeded to claim everything was in the bags. Then they found the Guac and offered a 15 doler credit. But we will...
   Read moreWe're longtime fans of BWW, but have not been pleased with this location. In the past, we've had long delays in our first contact with a server once seated and sluggish food service, regardless of the number of diners in the restaurant. We are loyal to BWW in spite of these previous issues because we enjoy the atmosphere, and we like the food.
Tonight was the final straw at this particular location. I asked our server what porters or stouts were available on tap, and she said she wasn't sure, so she'd check with the bartender. She came back to give a (less than confident) report that she thought they had a porter, which I ordered, only to receive a beer that looked and tasted like a hefeweizen. In her defense, she did say if I didn't like it I could send it back. When she returned several minutes later I reiterated that I wanted a porter if it was available. For this comment I received an eye-roll and a "I'll check with the bartender." Several minutes later a different server informed us that he would be taking over as our sever. (Our original server was still working, but not as our server.) Unfortunately, during the "hand-off" to the new server, our original server failed to submit our appetizer order or let the new server about it, so we didn't receive appetizers.
Bottom line, I don't like being treated as a high-maintenance, problem customer, and if beer isn't something their servers care to become knowledgeable of, perhaps they should not work somewhere that has the slogan "Wings,...
