This place needs to shut down or change management. The food was terrible as well as the service. With it being a franchise the food should taste the same wherever you go. I was passing through GA & tried the Atlanta location which was delicious and the customer service was superb. With that experience I couldn’t wait to try the South Carolina location located in Lexington SC. I drove 45min from Columbia but didn’t mind because I thought the food and customer service would be as good as it was in GA. It was like night and day between the two locations. When we got there the cashier didn’t greet us, the cashier seemed like she just woke up and threw an apron. I ordered the peach cobbler and I literally couldn’t tell if it was peaches or apple in it. I had to let my daughter taste it to see if she could tell. There was no flavor possibly because it was so old and it tasted like they just reheated VERY, VERY old peach cobbler. My daughter had the cookie and it was just as bad, it was hard and tasted old as well. We will NEVER go back to this location it was...
Read more1st time trying after seeing on tik tok. Initial impression was great as store was phenomenally clean and staff was super friendly and patient! Which went a long way with me as the variety of numerous dessert options can be easily overwhelm an indecisive person such as myself.
So, ofcourse I went with the dessert flight option. I choose the blackberry cobbler, the strawberry peach cobbler, the red velvet pudding, and the banana pudding as my 4 options; and, it came with a side of vanilla ice cream for $17.99.
The strawberry peach cobbler and the Og banna pudding were my favorite! They both gave me that really authentic southern dessert vibe! Cobblers were warm, fresh out the oven, and the puddings were chilled to the perfect temperature. I also tried the sweet peachy tea, which was ok, but not bad. I will definitely be returning to try more of the...
Read moreMy family got the strawberry peach cobbler, apple cinnamon cobbler, and a red velvet banana pudding shake… it was ok at best . The strawberry peach cobbler had no peaches just strawberries mostly crust, but still had a good taste. However not for the price. The portion you get and the price you pay. The math ain’t mathing. Very small maybe just a scoop it wasn’t filled to the top. My husband got the apple cinnamon cobbler and like it however again the portion and the price really don’t seem worth it. The shake was also pretty good, but for 8 dollars you would think the cup size was bigger, but no. Overall I probably wouldn’t return because of the prices and sizes not the actual...
