So as a true testament to a generation that doesn’t understand math. One cookie is 3.75, 4 cookies cost 12.99 or 3.24 a piece. In a 6 pack they will run you 19.99 or 3.33 a piece (costing 9 cents MORE per cookie than if you had purchased the four pack) and when you purchase a 12 pack at 34.99 they cost 2.91 per cookie . Not only are you paying more per cookie in the six pack than in the four pack but, if you buy 18 like wanted, the e extra ones, over the 12 pack, will revert to the original cost of 3.75 a cookie or because the cashier was doing me a favor they would be 3.33 / cookie like the 6 pack. The girl behind the counter was bubbly and cheerful which would have been pleasant had I not had to keep myself from telling her that she lacked the basic skills do her job, any mathematical or cognitive abilities at all. If you want Support small businesses and try entrepreneurial laddies, check out the bakers on Facebook marketplace- I usually use them but I waited till last minute.

I'm a first time customer. Ill start with a positive.. I appreciated the customer service ...calling and informing me about the cookie issue. I had no clue the cookies were this big but I ordered 3 different types...just to see how they stacked up with other cookie places in Columbia. After spending over $4 a cookie... I figured these should be impressive... The only one we actually liked was the red velvet...and that one was just okay. I'm assuming the dough must all be the same basis..because all of the cookies had little to no flavor and the toppings were the only thing trying to help. I've never had a chocolate chip cookie that didn't taste like nothing. If you're going to charge this amount for your cookies...please taste them and make sure your giving the customer...the best experience for their money. Focusing on toppings while lacking the basics in flavor...will make others regret in spending their money.

My little one wanted frozen yogurt and we drove past Mingo’s so we had to try it out! I saw this place recently on google and had to try. We live on the opposite side of town so it was a perfect opportunity. We got the milk tea with tapioca pearls (also known as bubble tea or boba tea) and of course cookies (sugar cookie & the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie). Loved the cookies they were soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside, perfectly baked cookies! Can’t wait to come back and bring friends. The milk tea was also very delicious not too sweet and the tapioca pearls were so fresh. I’m a huge bubble tea fan and I have tried many places in LA and ATL and NC! Would love to try the other flavors. Also the service was awesome and quick! They have such friendly state. We will definitely be back.

If you want to try some gourmet cookies and unordinary drinks; then you should stop by Mingo's. Mingo's has a wide variety of cookies, and they are not like regular cookies. I would say they are probably 3 times bigger and have unique favors. Some of the cookies flavors they have are Red Velvet Cheesecake, Havana Oh la la, Fruity Pebbels Cinnamon Crunch, Reese's Nutter Crunch, and they also have special as well. Mingos cookies are a little pricey, but you won't regret it at all. The cheapest cookie is $2.50 and the most expensive is $3.75. At Mingos they also offer milk Tea(Boba) and Fruit Tea, coffee, and lattes, but in my opinion they are a little pricey. The Milk tea comes in two sizes, regular $4.95 and large $7.15. This includes 1 or 2 milk tea flavors and boba flavors. If you wanted a fruit tea regular cost $6.15 and large $8.15. This includes tea flavor and boba flavor. Coffee prices range from the cheapest $1.95 and the expensive is $3. 25. One aspect of Mingos that I really like is they have a rewards program. With their rewards program you can get discounts and free cookies or drink as well. All you do is sign up for free and type in you phone number everytime you go. If you are apart of the rewards program Mingos gives you a free cookie on your birthday(Birthday Cake Cookie). Mingos has a very friendly and clean environment. When you walk in there is a couple of tables were you can sit at. When you get to the counter they have a display of all the cookies they have available for the day; which is very nice. With all that I said in this post; I would definitely recommend to anyone that they should go check Mingo's...

2.17.23 about 4pm My daughter was over the moon to visit Mingos in Lexington. For boba and cool cookies! So much that we drove an hour out of our way to enjoy boba tea and fresh cookies. After arriving we took in the beautiful decor then decided to wash our hands. No toilet paper on roll but was on toilet. Trash can over flowing from paper towels. We then go to the ordering board to see which flavors to decide on. The girl at the counter told us to feel free to ask any questions. To which I ask, “which cookies are coming out fresh?” (Another girl was emptying cookie case) she very shrewdly responded with, “they are all made fresh each morning”…. Ok let’s go ahead and order a drink forget the cookie so we can sit down and enjoy our “magical” experience! Once we ordered our tea she takes the cup to the back as she is making my daughters drink she begins coughing, I’m hoping not over my child’s’ drink. Her coworker was beside her when she looks at me and says, “yeah she’s watching haha”. The girl with sinus issues hands me the drink and tells me to enjoy the rest of my day. Our experience was ruined we decided to go home and throw the drink out because I for one, am scared of another persons germs on my food. looking up boba recipes please if you make an investment make sure your business is being built properly not just handed over to a...

I’ve been bringing my daughter here regularly—about every other week—for quite some time, as it’s always been one of our favorite spots. However, we’ve recently taken a break from visiting, I was disappointed to see the experience has changed. Our drinks lacked the flavor and quality we were used to. The milk teas had powder or something in them, and my smoothie/slushie was watery rather than rich and blended. The cookies, which we used to love, didn’t seem as well-prepared, and the presentation overall felt rushed and a bit sloppy. The staff also didn’t feel as warm or welcoming as before. There used to be a wonderful team member—short with red hair—who always made us feel seen and cared for. She was incredibly kind to my daughter and me, and our orders were always perfect when she was around. We haven’t seen her lately, and her presence is truly missed.

That said, we still enjoy the atmosphere and charm of the place and genuinely hope to see things return to the quality and service we once...
