This location is decent, but nothing remarkable. My husband and I visit Lexington for his doctorâs appointments and we typically eat that evening. We decided on this location of Chiliâs. They did seem short-staffed, which is understandable if you have to wait a minute to be seated. Totally not a problem at all. We were seated and our server came to our table shortly after. She took our drinks and our food order. She started off friendly enough, but what threw us off what that she asked my husband what an Apple Orchid was because she couldnât find it in her tablet. Again, not a huge issue, but strange in my opinion. My husband ordered soup and we ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer. He ordered an Apple Orchid and I ordered a margarita. His soup was brought out shortly after, but the drinks and chips were never brought out. We waited about half an hour after ordering, still no drinks or chips, and our server was no where to be seen. Then our actual meal came. When she brought it, I asked about the chips and the drinks. She told me they just finished making the drinks, which I was confused about, considering my husband ordered a bottle that comes from the fridge. I ordered a margarita, which takes less than a minute to make. So she ran to get the drinks and asked if we still wanted the chips. I had ordered the 3 for $10 meal, so it was included regardless and it couldnât have been taken off, so I just told her yes. Having already been disappointed throughout our visit, to make matters worse, my husbandâs pasta was cold. He elected to not say anything because she again was no where to be found. My food was decent, nothing special. Iâm just disappointed Chiliâs is not what...
Read moreAs a family we usually love chilis and havenât had many issues in the past. Last night was a little different. My wife and I went for dinner and was seated pretty quick. We ordered our drinks and our server was awesome. However when our food came out thatâs when the problems came. I ordered the triple dipper, chicken crispers, mozzarella sticks and southwest eggs rolls. I also ordered their new queso fries. My wife had soup and chicken tenders and fries. All of our food was room temp at best. My chicken crispers were visibly different than my wifeâs. They were a different color and mine were obviously cooked longer and hers bordered under cooked. My mozzarella sticks were just bricks of cheese that had cooled off. And the queso fries ($7+) was a joke. The âquesoâ was chalky, old cheese that wasnât a sauce at all. It was just blobs of cheese that wasnât melted correctly on a portion of the fries with 5 jalapeño slices and about a strip worth of bacon crumbs.for the prices that Chilis has now I expect way better. Every time we go I feel like the prices have gone up some and the quality and presentation has went down. We spent $60 including tip....
Read moreMy fiancĂ© and his family took me here for my first Chiliâs experience and it was awesome!
The staff here are all super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with our orders. The menu was extensive so you definitely have a lot of options to choose from!
I got a Strawberry Lemonade to drink and it was in a nice pint! It was tangy and refreshing. For an appetizer, I got one of my faves: a small Potato Bacon soup. It had green onions, bacon bits and extra shredded cheese on top. It came nice and hot and was absolutely DELICIOUS!
For my main, I went for their Chicken Crispers. I had mine glazed in their Honey Chipotle sauce, and had Honey mustard and ranch as dipping sauces. It also came with fries. It was tender and yummy! The sauce flavours complimented each other well.
We got their chips & salsa for the table, and my fiancĂ© also their Chicken Crispers. He got them plain with Mac âNâ Cheese as an extra side alongside his fries. He loved his as well! I sneaked a bit of the mac and it was luscious.
I definitely recommend this Chiliâs location! The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly, and the food was top-notch. A great casual...
