Update 7.16.2024: We went back recently and they had changed their delivery process. Previously, you would wait for your name to be called. Now, you get a number and they bring the food to the table. Jeremy was working the dining room and he was great and super friendly. However, I realized that I had forgotten to tell them I wanted a drizzle of hot sauce so I went to tell them. There were two employees working that station. One was working the pizzas while the other was just standing there. I stood there about 45 seconds and the second employee was noticeably avoiding talking to me. I was just about to say something to get his attention when Jeremy came over to assist me.
Previous: I went to this location and the Hot Link on Cauliflower was delicious. However, the customer service was lacking. We were sitting near the oven so I saw them take my pizza out. They brought my fiancé’s pizza out but I could tell they were discussing mine. I sat there for about 10 minutes watching others get their food while mine still sat in the window. Something was obviously wrong. Finally, we asked the food runner and he was confused and said he would check on it. When he went up, the manager who was the one who had been checking the pizzas, pointed to the pizza on the top of the station. He brought me that pizza that had just been pulled out of the oven. We figured out that they had used regular crust instead of cauliflower so they had to remake the pizza. It was the first-time getting cauliflower so I couldn't tell when they were originally making it. I am glad that the manager caught the mistake and had it remade. We went here on a busy evening for them, We ordered dinner and I ordered a salad. As we were paying I informed the manager (Kaylee) that my salad had not been made, she said ok but ignored me for the most part. When our pizzas came to the table the young man ( Josiah) asked if that was all we had and I said no we were still missing our salad, this was the third time I had asked for the salad, he ignored me and went about what he was doing next, which was clearly more important than customer service. When I went to the counter to inform them that we never got our salad which was half of one of the meals ordered I was told that they were super sorry and how busy they had been. I was offered a refund or a remake and 2 free pizzas if we chose to return at some point. I take five out when I go out, and our dollars must not be the same as others, we were clearly not as important. When I pointed out that we were missing a salad and by this time I was angry, I was given an excuse that they were busy. So being busy means that customer service is allowed to slide and become nonexistent? I have never been treated so poorly at this establishment, not sure we will return. Tried Blaze Pizza for the first time today. I must say it was a very pleasant experience.
Cleanliness
The restaurant was very clean. As soon as I walked in the door I could tell it was kept up and cleanliness mattered.
Staff
When I got to the counter I was immediately greeted and asked if I had ever been there before. When I said no, she explained exactly how everything worked and answered all my questions with a friendly and positive attitude. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Even though the was a line forming behind me.
During every step of my pizza building process, each person was super friendly and positive.
Food
When I received my final product, my pizza looked and smelled amazing! I got to build it exactly as I wanted without having to pay extra for each individual topping. I couldn't wait to dig in. With the first bite I knew I had made a great decision. It was delicious, so full of flavor, and grill fired to perfection. One of the best pizzas I have had in a very long time.
