Me and my friend showed up 40 mins before closing , we gave them plenty of time to make our food. When we walked in it was still very active and lots of customers so we didn’t think it was that late to be there. We got to order and was told if we wanted chicken we would have to wait 5 to 10 mins. Understandable that they ran out so we waited for what we thought would be 5 to 10 mins. As we were waiting there was a gentleman who had just walked in. He was waiting and we had already sat down to wait for the chicken . Not once did a worker acknowledge him or ask him what he would like instead, they were too busy taking the loads of online orders that were coming in. it had been around 25 minutes so my friend asked the woman who was making the bowls if the chicken was ready and she said yes, but she had to do these online orders first. keep in mind me and my friend were there before those online orders even came in. She then continued to LOAD The online orders with the ingredients, leaving hardly none for the rest of us. when it was finally our turn nearly 30 minutes after what was supposed to be a 5 to 10 minute wait my friend goes to make his order and there was hardly any white rice left for him and none for me. when is my turn to make my bowl I had to get the brown rice because there was none left of the white and HARDLY left of the brown and when the woman who is making my bowl, asked the cook in the back if there was any more, she yelled very rudely saying no. I think it even took the woman who was doing our bowls by surprise by her face after she was yelled at.. finally as she is almost done with my bowl the same Cook, who had just snapped at her worker said “ just so you guys know we close in 20 minutes” with a rude tone. we arrived there 40 minutes before you guys we’re scheduled to close so we could have plenty of time to eat, and they could have plenty of time to make our food. it wasn’t like we showed up five minutes before 10 PM. we are finally almost ready to check out and when we get to the checkout station, the man who was supposed to be there had been in the bathroom for 10 minutes. The other Cook had to yell for him to come out and he proceeded to wash his hands as he should, but takes his sweet time, snap at him again to hurry it up. we finally checked out and leave, but what was supposed to be a 20 minute food run ended up taking more than 40 minutes. I think overall it is very unorganized and the workers don’t work very well as a team. Oh and I forgot to mention the gentleman that stood there behind us for as long as we waited for the chicken when it was his turn to try and order there was hardly any food left for him so he had waited all that time just to be able to not eat and not one worker communicated with him that there wouldn’t be enough left. He left with no food after...
Read moreUpdate: I considered bumping one star up to two stars however for now I'm keeping one star. We have begun coming back to this Chipotle and the experience is generally still pretty bad. About half of the time, Chipotlane is backed up and moves at a snail's pace. I think one Friday evening I was sitting in the Chipotlane for 25 minutes. That is absolutely abysmal. Every time I arrive the line in the dining room is wrapping around the entire seating area. Is anyone doing their job inside? At least we haven't had any mistakes in our order recently which is not a complicated order by any means but I still ask for the empty cup so I can run inside and do my drink myself. That way I at least know that will be right.
Update: we felt like giving this one the benefit of the doubt this past weekend since my wife had a free 2x meat on the app and I felt like trying the carne asada. Instead of putting 2x carne asada in my burrito they put 2x CARNITAS in my burrito. You really have to assume that at least something will be wrong with your order when you order online here. Thank goodness the 2x meat was free in the first place but still par for the course at this chipotle. Incredibly disappointing.
I've been to a dozen different chipotles in different states over the years. This one continues to consistently be the worst chipotle I've ever been to. There's typically only one person working the front counter, especially during the rush. There's usually only one person behind them preparing ingredients. There's probably also a couple of other people running around ignoring customers. Never a manager to be found. This place looks like it's run by high schoolers. We always assume at least something will be wrong with our order. They consistently forget chips that we order. They consistently give us sweet tea in the drive up when we ask for unsweet, assuming any tea has been brewed at all. Whenever I go in to get my own drink so I'm sure I get what I want the drink area is covered in a sticky film and disgusting. These kids are overwhelmed and poorly trained. I would never recommend someone taking time to go here unless they really have nothing better to do since you'll be in there for a while. Luckily the food that you do get generally isn't garbage since it's still chipotle but you're better off going somewhere else if you value your...
Read moreUnfortunately, I'm put in a position to write a negative review.
We are frequent customers of Chipotle & I've never been mistreated with such glaringly, despondency and disregard for professionalism.
I understand there is a limited food supply after a certain hour when ordering from Chipotle however, it was 9:15 p.m. and Chipotle closes at 10:00 p.m. I was told the food inventory was not available for my order so, I settled for less.
Upon check-out, I noticed an employee place the food items I requested, and I asked if I could amend my order with the items I originally requested.
The associate, Brittany became frustratingly angry & dished my order with harshness & disgruntled anger. I inquired as to why this would cause stress & anger, but there was no response. She continued to hastily treat me with disdain as I paid for my order.
I requested a military discount & was granted the request. However, the sales assoc. wasn't aware of how to proceed with the military discount. Brittany assisted & began to become irate as she stated she needed Manager's approval.
Upon her return from the Manager's Office, she continued her negative, irrational behavior & stated my military discount would be granted however, if I ever returned to the restaurant it would be emphatically denied.
She continued her irritate behavior & left customers in line waiting as she fellowshipped with a friend at the drive-thru window.
The entire restaurant was in shock & awe at her lack of customer service & I was equally upset & embarrassed.
I'm hoping Chipotle Chain will begin training its associates in customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving. I'm also hoping Brittany is able to partake in this necessary training so she will NEVER treat another Chipotle Client the way she...
