Update 1.17.2024 Visit: Recently had a bad experience. First I was using the Culver’s App and entered my order three times but the app deleted it every time. I finally ordered via the online portal. Obviously, this is not the fault of this specific location. However, when I arrived they did not appear to be busy. They were steady but not busy. I ordered curbside pickup and the system gave me a pickup time. When I arrived I ended up having to wait well past the quoted time. When my food did arrive the guy who brought it out definitely didn’t want to be at work. He didn’t smile or say anything at all.
Previous Post: I went to Culver's for the first time recently. I noticed that they always have a long line so I figured they must be pretty good. They did not disappoint. Be aware that their burger patties are thin. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Cheddar Pub Burger and requested a single patty (it comes with two normally). I did regret that decision because the intense flavors of the topping overtook the patty. Overall, great flavors...
Read moreThis will be our first & last time to Culver's. This was our first time & it took us a little bit to look over the menu, the cashier seemed a little aggravated over this, as we came up to order she repeatedly rolled her eyes she was very snotty, as if she had better things to do other than take customer orders. When we sat down & waited on our food we noticed that the dinning room had not been cleaned, also when they brought out our food, the fries we got were warm. My son whom ordered the grilled chicken sandwich said the fries were warmer than his sandwich. He took a bite & immediately said something wasn't right it didn't taste good. I tasted it & in fact didn't taste right, but after taking with 2 employees & 1 manager I did receive my refund. I normally read reviews on places but I didn't this time & I completely regret not doing so before hand. This is a horrible place to call a restaurant. If I could I wouldn't even give it a star, it's not...
Read moreI come here all the time. I'm in line currently waiting on my food. But the encounter I just had really rubbed me the wrong way. I tried doing carryout but because curbside is down and their app won't allow you to select another option, I had to just go through drive thru. I prefer online so my order is correct. The dude at the window didn't know how to ring up my melt without caramelized onions (a selection on the app.) so he rang me up for a butter burger and subbed the bread which made my total more expensive. Granted, just by like $0.50, but the reaction of the dude at the window when I let him know what was up and that it made it more expensive is why I'm writing this. Just because an employee is unsure on a procedure doesn't mean I should have to pay even...
