Worst experience I have ever had to deal with, this was my first time ever trying out Lenscrafters Hamburg and I had the most terrible experience ever I had bought 2 pairs of glasses and thatâs when the first mistake happened when I went to pick them up and the lady that ordered them had ordered me the wrong lenses and I made it clear what I wanted as I have been wearing glasses my whole life and from their mistake they still wanted me to pay the difference for the right lenses I wanted after I waited 2 weeks and paid quite a bit for my glasses and they made it seem like it was my fault and not the stores, after the remake and 2 weeks more they had messed up my lenses again and never told me about it until I went to the store and confronted them and all the manager had to say was âoh yeah the round and polish you had got wasnât possible for your lenses, what do you want me to do about itâ I was so mad she made it seem like their was nothing wrong after I had paid extra for special lenses after no apology at all, I asked if I could get a refund for the add on and she refused after I had to finally get mad and make a point, now yesterday I had gotten a call from them telling me they have a package for me and I had asked what it was and the woman said she couldnât open it as it was against their policy to see since it was under my name so I go the next day to pick it up and the same manager is their and she finds it for me then opens it right in front of my face instead of just handing me a package that clearly says my name and again it was a package that was a mistake and they had ordered another pair of glasses mistakenly and all the manager tells me is â sorry but theirs nothing here for youâ after I had to drive here for nothing, the lady manager here that had red hair and is older gave me such horrible service and seemed rude!! My glasses had a flow line in the middle of the lens so I was seeing a "ghost" image all of the time. It looked like a fuzzy line in the middle of my vision of the left eye. I took the glasses back to have this corrected and they just grounded down the lens. This gave me an incorrect prescription but I believed that they knew what they were doing. For the next month I had terrible headaches caused by the mismatched prescription. I took the glasses back a second time and they gave me a new pair. This pair has the word "TOP" embedded in the glass with a symbol that looks like the power symbol on your computer. They told me that "Oh, that will wear off." Again I believed them and now, three years later, I still have the words on my lens (it doesn't affect my vision as far as I can tell) but when I saw those words today while cleaning my glasses I decided to call and cancel my appointment for next week. There are much better places to go.

   Read moreI went here because my husband does, and he's never had a complaint. I don't have any faith in their eye care facility. I waited nearly an hour to be seen by the Dr. (I scheduled an appt, I was not a walk in). While she was nice, she had trouble deciding which strength was best for my eyes concerning contacts. Sent me home with two different strengths, the strength I'm wearing right now is definitely too strong. My copay was supposed to be 10 dollars, they charged me 65(I really don't care about that, but if you're on a budget, you might want to rethink it). I went here thinking they were professionals and I left thinking what a bunch of amateurs. I'll most likely end up trying the other set of contacts(hopefully they don't make me feel strained like these do). Hopefully they work or I will have to go to either Walmart, or drive back down to Richmond to see my old Dr. Either way, I'm not happy that I chose LenCrafters, I'd rather drive 30-45 minutes out of the way to get good service, and they're getting two stars because they were polite and the...
