Disappointing Experience at Dunkin’ Donuts

This morning, my husband picked up a coffee for me on his way home, and when I went to drink it, it was watery and tasted burnt. While I was disappointed, I understood that mistakes can happen. I decided to stop by the Dunkin’ Donuts myself on my way to work, about 35-40 minutes after the initial order. I was polite to the staff, explaining the situation and just asking for the coffee to be made correctly.

Unfortunately, things took a turn. While I was waiting, I overheard the staff speaking in a language I understand. They were talking about how my coffee was watery because I had let it sit for 40 minutes and was now “complaining.” First off, the coffee was made incorrectly from the start. Second, I hadn’t gone in earlier because I was getting ready for work. Third, I remained polite throughout the situation.

The worst part? The staff was talking badly about me in front of me, which is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As a customer, you should never be spoken about in a negative way, especially when you’re being respectful. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this...

First, there are two Dunkins on Woburn st. Lexington. MA We are reviewing the location near the Minuteman Rail Trail on Monday afternoon (11/19) visit. Second, we don't usually order Dunkin food. Its frozen and microwaved and feels overpriced for the quality. What should have been a 5 minute visit turned into 15+ minutes of disappointment. Thought we'd try the new pancake sandwich. Received a cold rubberry egg on rye bread (didn't find out until we were on our way!) Not that busy, but the line and service were wicked slow. The machine that makes coolattas was out of order. The sign on the restroom: "Out of Order" . (No bicyclists allowed?).

My wife just went in there to grab me a mocha iced latte. When he handed it to her she asked him if it looked full to him and he said yes it does. It was more than an inch empty from the top. He refused to add some or remake it. The drink costs almost 4 dollars and is full of ice as it is. Then he was so rude I may be going back to talk to him about being rude to my wife. I am not happy at all. And on top of it the drink is disgusting and I can't even drink it. I will not be going here again. I hope people will read this review and drive a mile down the road to the next one. That one's...
