Inspire Bowl n Tea — Restaurant in Lexington

We went to get 3 smoothies. One medium, two large. There was no one in line but tons of people waiting. We placed our order and were not told it was a 30-40 minute wait for the smoothies. The staff were moving in slow motion. we had just been to tatte where there were four times the customers and they were so kind and organized, they were moving so quickly and got us our order. But we came here and it was way less people, so slow, and no one even apologized for the insanely long wait.

We finally got our smoothies and the blueberry one tasted like dirty blueberry water, bitter and yucky. The acai one tastes like liquid antibiotic (the pink thick one)

We already had decided we’d never be back while we waited, but the smoothies being foul was the reason for the review.

I understand it was a busy day, maybe a limited menu and more staff would have helped. But...

If I could give a zero star I would! I order from here almost every weekend and never have an issue until today. I placed my order for a bowl and a sandwich.I got a text message saying, my order was done.And it was only the sandwich they hadn't even started on the bowl.Went over to pick it up.And they're like, oh well, only half the order is ready with attitude. I said, fine, I'll be back when the rest of it's done I give them ten minutes went back.They still had not even started on my bowl. Also I got my sandwich and it's supposed to come with a small little salad and it did not. For me it was the attitude it was...

A reviewer exclaimed, Wow! I would use the same adjective. Wow -- poor service, poor salad. While I realize that people typically don't come here for the salad, the Sweet Greens I ordered at the counter looked like it had been sitting in an airport market cooler for hours, ready to pick up and eat on a plane after you get the complimentary drink they serve you on a plane. Additionally, the teenagers working behind the counter seemed more interested in checking their phones and talking than helping others prepare the food.

The only reason I gave it two stars was because the acai bowls...
