We reached at 8.45, 45 mins before closing, knowing it's not the most optimal time. We were told that the kitchen will take the last order by 9.15. this was okay with us. We placed our complete order within 10 mins and our food came within 5 mins of that. This should have been our first red flag regarding the quality of food. We were asked for last orders at that time, 15 mins earlier than what was told to us when we arrived.
By 9.10, when we had barely started eating, we were given the check, and in 5 mins we were asked to pay for the check because they wanted to shut down their computer. Mind you this was 15 mins before closing. Soon all the wait staff huddled on a free table to start eating their dinner, when there were 2 small tables and 2 large tables and few people at the bar still finishing their meals.
Overall the service seemed to be very hurried and unprofessional, especially for a place that seemed to be more formal.
Coming to the food, we ordered 5 things - Bang bang cauliflower, vegetable emerald Gyoza, chicken masaman curry, spicy basil fried rice and spicy pad Thai. The only decent option was spicy basil fried rice. Everything else was mediocre to stale. The pad Thai was very sweet as opposed to spicy and the chicken in the masaman curry was stale as if cooked the previous day.
Overall extremely disappointed in service and food. Would not recommend visiting. Don't know how they are rated so well
The only good thing about the place was the atmosphere and the...

Starting with the drink. The Thai ice tea was perfect both in presentation and taste. Who would have thought of putting a Thai ice tea flavour popsicle on the top of the drink! The Mai Tai was good, but I think they put too much alcohol. Well, maybe that’s not a problem at all.
For appetisers, we had crazy rolls and sweet chili wings. I preferred the crazy rolls because it had so many different textures. The outside wrap was crispy, the minced pork inside was choppy, and the glass noodle in between definitely provided some chewiness. Moving onto the main course, both my husband and I had the roasted duck curry and it did not disappoint. Biting through the roasted duck skin with the tender flesh was satisfying, and with the acidic cherry tomatoes and pineapples on the side, how delicious.
Last but not least, the mango sticky rice. This almost becomes the standard dish for me to make my final judgement when it comes to a Thai restaurant. If they suck at it, well, too bad, I am not coming back. However, Love at First Bite did it so well that my husband decided to get one as well even when he wasn’t planning to get dessert.
Everything else The ambiance was great and the waiter was nice and...

I went there to pick up a take out order because I was trying to catch a show across the street.
When I arrived, I saw a bar tender busy mixing drinks and another waitress busy serving tables. I waited there for over 5 minutes, nothing happened.
Then three customers came and stood behind me waiting for a table. Another waitress suddenly appeared and starting to greet them and asking how many people in the group, just like I was totally transparent. Even after another customer reminded her that I was there first.
I was shocked and also was really in a hurry, so I called directly to her: Hey! I am here. When she finally turned to me, 10 minutes already passed , She did not smile to me, did not say "sorry for the wait", and did not say anything! She just waited for me to start.
I had no time to waste on complaining that day. So I just paid for my take out and left.
I was outraged by this arrogant attitude. Also a friend's group "enjoyed" similar treatment the other day while dining in. I don't know what I did wrong to deserve this treatment. Just because my skin color happened to be the same as hers?! I am very disappointed to see this Anti-Asian attitude in an...
