There is a reason the lot is always empty when you drive by.
Honestly the food is good if it werenât cold after sitting on their counter waiting for them to hand it to me and I would maybe go back if it werenât for the HORRIBLE service. The first time I went, it was incredibly slow but Iâve worked customer service my whole life and Iâm patient. Tonight, I decided to try it again. I waited 5 minutes in their lot to give them time after placing the order on the app since I prefer to order on my phone. When I pulled through the drive thru I was told âwe got your order 30 seconds ago so itâll be a bit.â Only 30 seconds is a wild lie when I have proven time stamps of when I placed the order but whatever. What is more likely is they didnât see the order come through because I watched the employees smoking and playing around outside the back while waiting after placing the order. Its not worth bringing up, so I pulled back around and waited in the lot 5 more minutes and then pulled back through the drive thru which no one had gone through since my first time around (maybe that should have been a sign). They told me to go ahead and pull up this time. I was handed one bag, the man closed the window, and never returned. Meanwhile I was missing over half of my food and three drinks. I waited a few minutes for someone to return and they never did. I finally got annoyed and honked repeatedly. Still no one came. I waited several more minutes. Still no one. Since the place is a desert and their employees are too busy smoking and playing with each other outside behind the restaurant, I put my car in reverse, backed up through the empty drive thru to where they were standing and smoking and had to ask them to go back in and get my order.
Youâd think that would be the worst of it but when the employee finally handed me the rest of my stuff (that I could see sitting on the counter the WHOLE time) he acted like I was an inconvenience⊠excuse me asking you to do your JOB that I paid for. Iâd bet my next paycheck this place wonât make it another year even and you donât deserve to stay open treating customers like this.    Read moreI came by to try the new tuna sandwich. Itâs around late afternoon-ish, a little before five and I decided to go through the drive-through. I donât normally come here without making an online order or something because they take forever and to be honest I can forgive them taking forever because the food is actually pretty good. I placed my order and then I drive up to the window and no one ever comes. I sit and wait. No one ever comes to the window. I donât see anyone remotely looking that way, and I have no idea if my order was taken and made or anything. No one comes to take my money and tell me itâs going to be a moment. I just sit there. I whip out my phone and watch another video and at the end of that video. Iâm still sitting there and no one has come yet. If you have been to this location, you know good and well, they can keep you waiting a good 15 minutes and I was at least at the 10 minute mark.
So I pull around into the 10 minute parking and I go in. As Iâm going in, I attempt to call the store. When I finally get someone and explain whatâs going on, Iâm told on the phone that I need to go into the location and talk to a manager because whoever that person is is not at the location, they just take the order. Par for the course so far.
So I go to the counter and ask to speak to a manager and the young lady, kind of tall, thin, white with glasses, I did not catch her name, said that she was the manager so I made my complaint calmly because I still intended at that moment to get my food. She said that she was bagging it up and showed it to me and that she was about to walk over. I told her that no one even came to check on me and I had no idea anything was going on and I hadnât even paid yet. She was very nonchalant And that is what turned me off and made me not want the food because she didnât seem to think it mattered to keep a customer waiting, no apology or acknowledgement, just, âI was about to come.â Her whole demeanor screamed, âOh well.â She was like, âDo you want it?â with a little shrug. I told her I didnât and left.

   Read moreHorrible experience. When ordering, youâre able to select if you would like a âsauceâ then youâre able to ALSO purchase ANOTHER sauce. When we visited today, three of us all got the exact same order. An original with cheese combo, which comes with fries and a drink. We ALL three all chose to order a sauce AND order an extra sauce. So all in all, we should have had 5 ranches and one teriyaki sauce. When we went to pick up our tray, there were 2 ranches and one teriyaki sauce. My fiance asked the attendant for our other ranches. The attendant then became condescending and said âyou only get one eachâ my fiance let her know that we PAID for the extra sauces. She then says âthis time Iâll let you have them but next time itâs just oneâ Iâm sorry, but we PAID fifty cents extra for each of the ranches, and youâre going to tell us that we can only have ONE? No, not when itâs paid for. Youâll give me EXACTLY what I spent my money on. Nasty attitudes just because you donât want to have to fill up some sauce containers when itâs quite literally your job. DONT come here if you want to receive what you spent your hard earned money on. Also, have receipts to prove exactly how many sauces were paid for.
