Ordered through Uber eats for pickup. Arrived to the store 10mins after the expected time for it to be ready. I went through the drive thru and was told that I had to come inside. When I went inside I was told the order would be ready soon. There was only one family sitting inside eating. I sat down and watched the worker with blonde hair walking around behind the counter on her cell phone. Once the boy finish the food he sat in on a tray. It sat there for 5mins before he told the girl wiping down trays it was finished. I did glance in the bag to make sure everything was there and asked for the additional dressing that was missing. Once I got home I noticed the chicken was wrong on both salads. The Caesar salad was suppose to have grilled chicken and the Cobb salad was suppose to have fried. The bun for the burger was completely burnt and rock hard my daughter could not eat it. $56 order and was very disappointed. First time, and would not go back.

Excellent new addition to the Lexington food scene!!! Food: 5 Customer Service: 5 Location/ Parking: 5 Drive thru service: 5 Reservations: N/A This new restaurant is situated conveniently on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, SC. My spouse and I tried them today for lunch, to see how their menu items tasted. We ordered their charburger sandwich ($5.39) double char combo ($12.69). We also tried their tempura green beans ($3.99) as side item. Everything we ordered was seasoned very well and we truly enjoyed our first time visit. We utilized their drive thru service, because their indoor seating appeared to be very busy. They just had their grand opening earlier in the week. Their drive thru staff was very friendly and professional. There was no issues with our order, and we even had specific requests for our burgers and buns. I'm pretty confident that we will return for another visit 😊

Updated on 2/2/2024- We were served very undercooked/raw chicken bites on 2/01/2024. Please check your food. I don’t know how this could have happened honestly if all food safety practices surrounding chicken preparation were being followed correctly. Yes, the regional/district manager was immediately made aware of the problem as we ate at Habit Burger. Unacceptable and we will not return. Feeling sick still! ************************************** Attended on of your VIP opening events. Staff members were friendly and eager to assist and explained the menu. We absolutely loved our food! We had the charburger with fries and the Santa Barbara charburger on sourdough with onion rings. So good and avocado was extremely fresh! Can’t wait to eat here again. I really want to try the grilled chicken club next!

There is a reason the lot is always empty when you drive by.

Honestly the food is good if it weren’t cold after sitting on their counter waiting for them to hand it to me and I would maybe go back if it weren’t for the HORRIBLE service. The first time I went, it was incredibly slow but I’ve worked customer service my whole life and I’m patient. Tonight, I decided to try it again. I waited 5 minutes in their lot to give them time after placing the order on the app since I prefer to order on my phone. When I pulled through the drive thru I was told “we got your order 30 seconds ago so it’ll be a bit.” Only 30 seconds is a wild lie when I have proven time stamps of when I placed the order but whatever. What is more likely is they didn’t see the order come through because I watched the employees smoking and playing around outside the back while waiting after placing the order. Its not worth bringing up, so I pulled back around and waited in the lot 5 more minutes and then pulled back through the drive thru which no one had gone through since my first time around (maybe that should have been a sign). They told me to go ahead and pull up this time. I was handed one bag, the man closed the window, and never returned. Meanwhile I was missing over half of my food and three drinks. I waited a few minutes for someone to return and they never did. I finally got annoyed and honked repeatedly. Still no one came. I waited several more minutes. Still no one. Since the place is a desert and their employees are too busy smoking and playing with each other outside behind the restaurant, I put my car in reverse, backed up through the empty drive thru to where they were standing and smoking and had to ask them to go back in and get my order.

You’d think that would be the worst of it but when the employee finally handed me the rest of my stuff (that I could see sitting on the counter the WHOLE time) he acted like I was an inconvenience
 excuse me asking you to do your JOB that I paid for. I’d bet my next paycheck this place won’t make it another year even and you don’t deserve to stay open treating customers like this. Maybe the owners should open up one of those restaurants where employees are actually supposed to be rude to customers since you’re already...

I came by to try the new tuna sandwich. It’s around late afternoon-ish, a little before five and I decided to go through the drive-through. I don’t normally come here without making an online order or something because they take forever and to be honest I can forgive them taking forever because the food is actually pretty good. I placed my order and then I drive up to the window and no one ever comes. I sit and wait. No one ever comes to the window. I don’t see anyone remotely looking that way, and I have no idea if my order was taken and made or anything. No one comes to take my money and tell me it’s going to be a moment. I just sit there. I whip out my phone and watch another video and at the end of that video. I’m still sitting there and no one has come yet. If you have been to this location, you know good and well, they can keep you waiting a good 15 minutes and I was at least at the 10 minute mark.

So I pull around into the 10 minute parking and I go in. As I’m going in, I attempt to call the store. When I finally get someone and explain what’s going on, I’m told on the phone that I need to go into the location and talk to a manager because whoever that person is is not at the location, they just take the order. Par for the course so far.

So I go to the counter and ask to speak to a manager and the young lady, kind of tall, thin, white with glasses, I did not catch her name, said that she was the manager so I made my complaint calmly because I still intended at that moment to get my food. She said that she was bagging it up and showed it to me and that she was about to walk over. I told her that no one even came to check on me and I had no idea anything was going on and I hadn’t even paid yet. She was very nonchalant And that is what turned me off and made me not want the food because she didn’t seem to think it mattered to keep a customer waiting, no apology or acknowledgement, just, “I was about to come.” Her whole demeanor screamed, “Oh well.” She was like, “Do you want it?” with a little shrug. I told her I didn’t and left.

Horrible experience. When ordering, you’re able to select if you would like a “sauce” then you’re able to ALSO purchase ANOTHER sauce. When we visited today, three of us all got the exact same order. An original with cheese combo, which comes with fries and a drink. We ALL three all chose to order a sauce AND order an extra sauce. So all in all, we should have had 5 ranches and one teriyaki sauce. When we went to pick up our tray, there were 2 ranches and one teriyaki sauce. My fiance asked the attendant for our other ranches. The attendant then became condescending and said “you only get one each” my fiance let her know that we PAID for the extra sauces. She then says “this time I’ll let you have them but next time it’s just one” I’m sorry, but we PAID fifty cents extra for each of the ranches, and you’re going to tell us that we can only have ONE? No, not when it’s paid for. You’ll give me EXACTLY what I spent my money on. Nasty attitudes just because you don’t want to have to fill up some sauce containers when it’s quite literally your job. DONT come here if you want to receive what you spent your hard earned money on. Also, have receipts to prove exactly how many sauces were paid for. Please review with your employees what good customer service is, and that if a customer PAID for something, then they should receive it, no questions asked or...
