This bar is one of my go-to bars to hang out in downtown Lexington with friends. I often come here with my friends who visit me from Louisville and some coworkers from work. It has a great ambiance, drinks, and friendly staff. It can be busy at night, especially between 10pm-midnight, as flocks of people come here before heading out to the clubs as this is their pregame bar. Ordering your next drink when this happens can be a hassle, as it tends to be a long wait. Once you order your drink, head out to their patio area, as it is more spacious and a chill spot to enjoy your cocktail drinks

Met here with coworkers on a Thursday night. On street parking was limited so I chose the lot, which was $8. The interior is cozy (small). No waitstaff, you order drinks at the bar. All food is purchased from the counter (charcuterie or food truck). The patio saved this experience for me. It’s a phenomenal space that transported me mentally from downtown Lex to vacation resort. Enough noise for a private conversation but quiet enough to lock in on your party. Reasonable drink prices (per friends) and all mock tails were $5.

They have done a great job getting this place updated! The Grove in the back is such cool patio spot. The new food truck back there is good and the atmosphere is wonderful. The drink menu has been updated and is killer. Adding Fable inside the main building is an upgrade over the iffy couches that were there before, haha. It is a great new adult bar in town!

The girls and I visited Harvey's over the weekend. We came fairly early (5pm) hoping to get parking and a seat in the bar for all of us -- it was already busy with one lonely seat available. Nevertheless, the crowd was coming and going quickly enough to snag good seats without a lot of waiting. The drinks were delicious and well prepared, and our bartender, Erin, was lovely to work with. She made us a finale drink that she called an Andes Mint Martini that was really yummy and perfect for the holiday season. Other drinks we had were Elwood's Old Fashioned, Tequila Mockingbird, a Cosmo, and the Nate-spresso Martini. All were delicious! There's also a charcuterie station in the back that prepared a beautiful spread of meats, cheeses, fruit, nuts, and sweet and savory condiments, and worth the $65 to feed our group. If you haven't visited Harvey's...

This place is a whole vibe. Luna’s food truck (a permanent offering despite the name) has top notch food. Harvey’s has great drinks which rotate seasonally. Fable charcuterie is meh, and why I took a star away. Paid $60 ($75 with tip) for the seasonal charcuterie board which had a tiny amount of standard grocery store watercrackers 1 mustard, a small handful of plain almonds, and 3 cheeses. I’m not sure how we can call it a charcuterie board when there was no actual charcuterie! Overall it was a $20 board being sold for 3x that…nothing about the board was worth the wait or price. Spend your money at Luna’s if you’re hungry. The vibes out back are top notch for Lexington. It’s cute, a little bougie, and perfect for lounging...

Not a good experience. Door guy carded my wife and I joked about how he carded her and I said he probably wouldn't card me. He proceeded to say no I won't because you wear it on your face. I laughed it off no big deal. My wife found a seat, I go to the bar to get drinks and then I'm asked to leave because i was wearing a sleeveless shirt. I was not unaware that this establishment had a dress code which is fine, but had i have known I would have gone elsewhere. But to let me in and then kick me out is wasn't cool. I should have been made aware of the dress code before I entered this establishment. diffently would...
