It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Lexington

This was probably the worst wing experience I’ve ever had.

The bone-in wings had an excessive amount of blood in the middle, and when you took a bite, the bones would break with the slightest pressure.

When I ordered over the phone for delivery, I specifically asked for blue cheese and ranch. They confirmed, but didn’t provide either. They also didn’t give any celery—what wing place doesn’t provide celery

The potato wedges were either soggy or too brittle, and there wasn’t enough ranch for a half-pound of wedges and a pound of wings. The wings weren’t properly mixed in the sauce. There was a half-inch layer of sauce at the bottom of the container, but the wings were only lightly coated. The chicken itself also tasted old. I ordered directly from the restaurant, not through DoorDash, because I know the restaurant likes to blame bad service on third-party delivery services. READ THIS REVIEW!!! This is not a standalone store or franchise. This is literally chilis rebranded as good food. The photo is completely misleading. It is the exact SAME mushy, non crispy, wings you get at chilis. Fries were super soggy and they forgot our sauce.. kind of a joke if we’re being honest. Wish I could give them zero. The food is good but you can only door dash it. My order was completely wrong and they made me take it up with doordash and wouldn’t let me come pick up what I ordered. Their the ones who made my order wrong NOT the door dasher. Door dash refunded me $9. So I guess this place is relying on door dash to fix THEIR mistakes. Now I have to pay for another meal....
