Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Lexington

Stopped in today to order a Detriot Style Pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms to take home. Waited a little longer due asking for crust to be well done. The girl that took my order asked specifically what kind of crust I wanted and the Detroit Style is the only the reason I get pizza from Jet's. They call my name and the pizza is a thin crust, mind you this order is to go. I asked for a refund as I didnt want to wait on another pizza and some guy came to the register and said we don't do refunds which I paid $17.99 cash, we only give store credit. I just wanted my money back. I leave with a pizza I didn't want. I promise I will never spend another cent at any Lexington, KY area Jet's Pizza and that sucks because I have been a fan of Jet's Detroit style pizza for years. Awesome to see how you treat your customers. Well done thin crust sucks, guess the garbage can will like it. I wasn't trying to be a pain. I just wanted my money back and was going to move on. Very simple request that wasn't worth honoring and losing a many year customer. I guess Jet's track record of poor customer service finally caught up to me. Sure hope the owner reaches out to make it right unless they just really don't...

I have ordered here several times before and always get the same pizza. A large vegetarian with cajun thin crust. I picked up my pizza yesterday only to discover there was no cajun seasoning on the crust. Since the pizza is $17 I called Jett's back and they put a manager on the phone. I wasn't asking for a free pizza or anything just wanting to let them know I spent almost $20 for a pizza that wasn't made how I ordered it.

The manager then said he remembered my order and that he personally put the seasoning on the crust and that I was mistaken. I said well give me a number and I will text pictures of the pizza as there is no seasoning on the crust. He became very defensive and hostile, then said look I can't and won't give you a free pizza. I never asked for a free pizza I just wanted what I ordered and felt they needed to know. Maybe I'd get a coupon or something for the future since I order there quite often.

Regardless they handled the situation very poorly. We usually finish the entire pizza but half went uneaten because it wasn't made how we like. I will not be ordering from here...

I have ordered Jetts many times during our visits to Lexington KY always getting a great experience and dinner... however this last time I went with sub sandwiches l was told it would be 35-40 minutes for delivery.. after discovering it had been well past the given time I called only for Mac to tell me all final deliveries we're out and on the way..after another 15 minutes we called back yet again Mac answers the phone saying the delivery man had came and knocked on the door and we didn't answer..not true we were outside of the hotel room letting off the remainder of our fireworks NO ONE came he then stated that his delivery driver was harrassed by "crack heads" while looking for us...he was rude and completely lieing for a job poorly done...it's sad that people like him act the way they do..our hard earned money pay your bills...We own our own company and i would NEVER talk to any of my customers that way!! Needless to say we will NEVER order from Jetts again...May...
