This KFC is my least favorite in Lexington Kentucky. A few years ago it was the KFC I prefer to go to in Lexington, I don't know what happened to this KFC. Every time I go to this KFC lately it seems they are missing the mark, across the board (customer service/hospitality, taking the order correct and verifying it is correct when order is being placed, and verifying that it's correct in the box and bag(missing sides, sauces, drinks, and so on...). This last go round happened on Monday, July 2, of 2018. I ordered 6 piece extra crispy fried chicken $10 bucket, and a chicken pot pie. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that it said "6 piece tender meal"(for $9.99) and not "extra crispy chicken". So I bring this up to the young lady that took the order, and explain the issue, because its basically the same price, so I just wanted to make sure she gots my order correctly and got me what I wanted. After a few minutes the order comes out, and I left because I was running late. I get home about 20 minutes later, the chicken pot pie was delicious, but the 6 piece extra crispy chicken was not in the box, only 6 chicken tenders without any of the sides or drink that comes with the meal, so not only did they somehow put the wrong type of chicken in the box,but didn't add any of the sides or drink that comes with the chicken tenders meal, so either way it was wrong, because if it was just the 6 piece extra crispy fried Chicken (with bones in it) everything would be okay. But paying $10 for 6 cold chicken tenders with none of the sides that would have came with it is no good either. I waited 2 days to write this so I would not be so up set about things. And really I want this KFC to be better so I don't have to drive to the far side of...
Read moreI've eaten here the past 3 days for lunch and I always go before 1 or around 12:30 p.m. the cashier is a very nice older lady with gray hair she is always very sweet my food is fresh and she is very polite but the cashier that was there today around 3:30 was so rude I gave her my order at the drive-thru and then after giving her the whole order she proceeds to tell me to repeat my order that she didn't hear anything I said I go to order my food she told me stop screaming at her I was not screaming I spoke louder I was not screaming I spoke louder so she can hear what I said and then she continued to be rude so I just told her plainly that I was not eating there because I didn't know what she was going to do to my food I called the restaurant and it was the same lady taking my order that answered the phone so I hung up and then I called corporate I was on hold for 35 minutes before I hung up I never spoke to an actual person I will not be eating here again people there need to take a class on how to treat others in the food industry but to the little sweet lady that waited on me the past two days I think you're amazing the woman that was there tonight clearly needs a new job that doesn't require Earth pleasing other people I am going to call corporate again tomorrow because while I was treated the way I was and the money me and my family spend here every week nobody I know will be going there again because I can stay at home and eat before I go to a place where I'm treated like a dog and talk to me like a child and I don't want nobody else to receive the same treatment that I...
Read moreRUDEST, most apathetic staff I've ever encountered at a restaurant, or any business for that matter. Ordered a 2 piece meal to go... supposed to come with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I ordered inside and checked the food before leaving and there was no biscuit. I told the woman up front, so said bluntly, "we're out of biscuits" and then just stared at my blankly for a moment before turning around to do something else. I replied, "this is supposed to come with a biscuit - shouldn't you tell me if you're out?" She ignored me and walked away. I stood there while the manager and the rest of the staff casually stared and continued working. Noticing the full tray of biscuits in the warming tray right behind the counter, I said to the rude woman as she circled back around, "aren't those biscuits there?" She looked at me blankly again, then grabbed the tongs, took out a biscuit, and threw it into the open box in front of me. Again, no words, no apology, and the rest of the staff just ignored the whole situation while I stared in disbelief. This store has messed up multiple orders for me in recent weeks. Once, I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and they only gave me 8...called and returned to the restaurant and the manager acted like I was trying to lie to get free food...another day recently they gave me a bucket of the oldest, soggiest, nastiest chicken I had ever seen. This place clearly has terrible management and workers who hate their jobs and have no respect for customers. Will be writing the franchisee and will NOT be back to this location....
