The food was good, rice was fresh and hot!! But Sherry.... honey, turn that frown upside down! The attitude and demeanor was very off putting. She doesn't need to be in front of house... I don't think she likes her job or people. Good food, but the customer service I give an F. sorry Sherry.. it takes more muscles to frown than to smile.. so SMILE SHERRY
UPDATE: 4 MONTSH LATER WE TRIED AGAIN!!!!! SHAME ON US!!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. MAINLY BECAUSE SHERRY IS STILL AT THE REGISTER. FRONT OF HOUSE!!!! CANT BELIEVE IT!! I WOULD PUT HER SO FAR IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE SHE WOULD NEED A KEY!!! THAT MEANS OUT THE DOOR. SHE ACTS LIKE SHE PAYS FOR THE SOY SAUCE. 3 PACKS FOR ME AND MY HUBBY!?!?!?! I LIKE MY FOOD A CERTAIN WAY AND WHEN I PAY 25 DOLLARS FOR RICE, IM GONNA WANT TO EAT IT LIKE I LIKE. SO YOU STICK THAT SOY SAUCE UP YOUR BIG FAT NOSE SHERRY!!! MANAGEMENT PROBLEM.
PLUS WE COULDN'T EVEN GET IN THE DOOR BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT LUNCHTIME WAS A GREAT TIME TO WASH TJW SIDEWALKS AND ENTRANCE WAY. CONSTRUCTION GOING ON INSIDE TAKING UP 2 TABLES WITH CRAP. ON LADDERS, HANGING LIGHTS, LIGHTS FALLING. CLOSE UP SHOP WHEN YOU WANT TO DO INSIDE CONSTRUCTION. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ TOO MANY OTHER LOCATIONS THAN THIS ONE. STAY AWAY!!!!¡!!!!
I GOT MY ORDER, MY HUSBAND ORDERED, THEY PUT HIS RICE ON THE PLATE AND THEN PROCEED TO TELL HIM THAT HIS PROTEIN WOULD TAKE 6 MINUTES. SO HE ATE COLD RICE!! THANKS ALOT. 25 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN. FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU! FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME! I TRIED. YOU DIDNT!!
Never again! I'm going to Lexington again today and I'll be going to Gold Star Chili....
Read moreThis is probably the worst Panda Express location I've eaten at, in terms of the food quality.
The noodles are flavorless and very dried out. Its like chewing on dry straw. Very odd tasting in comparison to how it's supposed to be cooked, and how it should properly taste. The chicken was also dry and hard, it was as if it had been cooked, stored, and then reheated to the point of a dehydrated consistency and served again.
I don't expect much from an American version, of a Chinese fast food chain...but I couldn't eat this at all. This is a small town/city, in comparison to other cities I've lived in. So unlike other places where there might be 7 or 8 Panda Express, within driving distance. Here there is only one or two. Tried this location a few times, due to location convinence..and it's been consistently bad.
And its not a Panda Express issue..it's specifically this locations lack of food quality and staff. Every other Panda Express I've eaten at in other states has always been fine and mostly consistent in taste.
I've never really considered a places food to be completely inedible. But this location does a very poor job with the food, how its cooked, and keeping any...

The service and quality of food you get is entirely dependent on who is cooking and how willing he is to ACTUALLY do his job.
A personal example: I go inside, wanting string bean chicken for my family member and me. I look down at the batch of string bean and it’s clearly been sitting there for atleast 30 minutes, shriveled up and inedible.
So I go ask the cook if he can cook up a new batch (we were going to get 5 scoops).
You’d expect the cook to yknow, ACTUALLY do his job, but out of what I can only see as laziness, he says “we’re not busy enough to cook a new batch, sorry.”
Im no Karen, so I just left.
You can understand im a little ticked off as when I leave I see atleast 3 families sitting down and eating inside, 5 cars pulled up in the drive-through, and plenty of people in their cars eating in the parking lot.
I understand the business, you shouldn’t cater to a single person, but the food was literally inedible, so why not spend the 3 minutes to cook the food?
Overall not worth coming here unless it’s peak hours as this happens almost every time after years of...
