This place has dropped in overall experience, customer service, good quality, just all across the board and it's a fire T result of what happens when the employees make it miserable and makes the visit stagnant for the customer. Let me be straight forward and say this DOESNT GO FOR ALL EMPLOYEES, REPEAT, NOT ALL EMPLOYEES. With that said, over time the up and coming, and current Managers get a kick out of kicking people out (Mainly homeless or people who look homeless), act as if they are miserable working at McDonald's and that definitely carries through the rest of the staff. They worry more about policing the lobby, which is advertised as a Cafe', than worrying about making the customer have a great experience and want to come back. It's more like they want it to be their last experience in the restaurant. When McDonald's advertised the "Cafe' experience", they wanted students, workers, and all others, to be comfortable, be able to use\work utilizing the Internet available, take advantage of the relaxing environment, and all provided by McDonald's. This seemed as if directly competing against others such as Starbucks and others. I understand people breaking rules, but to make you feel uncomfortable, have a time limit on your stay, and telling you that you didn't purchase enough items to enjoy the experience??????, I think it's very unnecessary and very bad business and need to be retrained, or definitely take the Cafe' out, take the 🆓 WiFi out, and stop being super rude to people not as fortunate as you or others you associate with. I'll probably get backlash to the point of not being aloud in there but it won't be that much different than now. I didn't get to the counter yet to purchase a drink before asked to leave if I didn't purchase anything other than a soda. You just made me want to leave the store and not purchase it made me very uncomfortable the fact that I don't want to even try to come back anytime soon. I don't usually do Post like this but I felt it was very necessary to bring this to attention hopefully to a district manager over the store or possibly higher. And if this does get to someone of that stature, thank you for taking the time to...
Read moreI understand the comedy in leaving a review for a McDonalds. But, I'm leaving a review encouraging people to go to a different location. Avoid the headache here.
I've been here a few times due to location convinence. Everytime, items are missing. I have never recieved the entire order correctly. Its not worth going back to ask for it, because everyone there is having a meltdown. Half the employees are rude, angry and miserable. The other half are so over their life, they just are goofing off, or acting poorly. And last time I ate here I got sick.
To be fair, I'm sure half the customers/people around this town are probably, quite unpleasant, and rude too, on the daily ..especially to min wage workers. But, this location is one of the poorer quality locations. You can tell there is a who cares attitude here. Food is sub par even for a McDonalds.
I've seen this location just lock the doors..not answer the drive thru ..and the employees just sit inside doing nothing. Once I was here and an elderly grandma was outside, confused, as to why they never brought her curbside order. She told me she had been waiting for 45 mins in her car. I tried helping her by going inside the store..but of course the doors were locked and the Employees ignored everyone outside..as well as refusing to answer the drive thru, still hours before closing.
We all know McDonalds food isn't great, but we eat it occasionally, anyway. With how abundant McDonalds are in this country, just drive a few miles to a...
Read moreDon't bother with a mobile order. If something messes up with it, you will NOT get your food, and don't bother asking anyone for help because they'll tell you they can't, regardless if it's true. This isn't based on only one bad experience. This review is a result of TWO bad experiences. In fact, these are the ONLY experiences we've had with the mobile app! They got the order SO RIDICULOUSLY wrong the first time. We ordered shakes, which we should have known weren't going to happen. I mean, it's literally the meme for lazy workers, "Shake machine broke." Besides not preparing the food to order, the problem wasn't that they didn't want to make our shakes, the problem was that not only did we not get our shakes, but that they refused to refund the cost of the shakes. It wasn't until we made a big issue of it that they agreed to refund our money. This time they refused to give me the order because I didn't have the phone that placed the order. That's hard to do when you're picking up food on the way to a sick friend's house. I had the order code, but I still didn't get my order. They flatly refused to give it to me. Big picture, don't bother with mobile order, don't bother asking anyone inside for help. Just don't bother with McDonald's at all. Their food is not fit for human consumption, anyway. I'll never eat at any McDonald's as...
