The food here is delicious I do have a few concerns that I would like to blast out...
Be workers can be very friendly but then there are some that stand around just talking to one another as if they have nothing to do I can understand the trainers training a trainee but other than this the ones whom have been there should be more interested in their jobs than the communications of outside gossip.
When the food is handed out to the customers a lot of the time I have noticed that multiple people have to go back to get their order redone I personally feel that this may be due to the fact that the workers are not focusing on their jobs which causes their mess-ups I can understand that again the are learning the menu they're learning how the burgers are made the chickens made how the sandwiches are stacked location of where everything is it can be a mess the first couple weeks on the job but the ones again who have worked there could correct anyting that may need correction especially if the drive-thru that hands out the food actually checks the meals prior to handing them out instead of just going by all the bag is full I mean ship it out not every time is that big bag that is full, to be correct, which leads me to the next and the final statement, When the drive-thru does not get the orders right and people have to come back in or go around in the Drive-Thru it makes the food that is correct get cold while they're waiting on the food that they need corrected. These are the only three things that I find other than that it's gravy over there their food's delicious meal choices on the menu are very awesome.
And I know fast food restaurants are a lot harder than most people thinks people stay on their feed the rushing to get out the hot fresh meals so please do not take this as a real-life complaint take it as a customer giving insight on what they know and what they've heard from other people and the all the issues that has been presented to this person to inform you all of of the changes that could possibly be made to be more capable of getting things done and getting the food out hot and fresh as the order is described on the screen.
McDonald's you all are are amazing but the workers themselves need a little bit more communication cooperation and motivation. And if there is Tom to lean on the counters and talk about things that are outside of work there is time to clean there is time to organize there is time to communicate about work in the things that are needed to be done to correct and better the business. I believe in their workers I believe they can make this happen!!
Thank you all for your service, and of course your...
Read moreI went today to grab a fast late lunch for a friend that was coming thru town I had not seen in awhile due to covid 19. I ordered a filet for myself and a double for my friend...and a large fry to share. My friend was waiting for me at the park up the road. We chose McDonald's thinking ok FAST ....so we could take advantage of the small and rare amount of time we had. After arriving at the park I opened the bag to see a sandwich with a specialty ticket attached...a small fry and no filet. Ok well ....so what ? Ebody makes mistakes . We will split the sandwich too . When I open the sandwich it is HALF EATEN !!! SERIOUSLY???? I was beyond upset and my friend was disgusted . We spent the only few minutes we have had since before March discussing how could this happen???? I drive back to McDonald's ....wait in line to get to the speaker and asked for a manager since d. Rooms are still closed in ky. I ask to meet a manager at the drive thru pick up ....where I ALWAYS GET STUCK...waiting on my food. I am told to stay in line and when I reach the first window a manager will see me then ???? I see a very nice young man who needed my receipt . He looks at the sandwich and asked if this was not what I ordered???? Lol. OBVIOUSLY NOT ..it's not what is on the receipt I tell him ....and I did NOT EAT THE OTHER HALF. His response ? Oh ok then ok will get u a fish filet right away ma'am . Although he was kind and did try to correct the order. I was a little more than disappointed when he did give me my order. The order was what I should have gotten to begin with exception of a now old small fry . I appreciate his efforts and I do feel like he was doing what he has been trained to do . Call me CRAZY I GUESS.....BUY DURING A PANDEMIC IN WHICH THE EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK IN PUBLIC......I KINDA FELT LIKE MCDONALDS SHOULDA N COULDA BOUGHT OUR LUNCH !!!! AT THE VERY LEAST !!!! I am far from perfect .....but the idea of some one eating on the foodline( I assume)and ignoring any precautions or sacrifices that the customers have personally made to prevent the spread of Corina virus .....IT IS RUDE , IRRESPONSIBLE and just DANGEROUS!!!!! YES MCDONALDS !!!! I feel the manager should be trained to compensate us somehow or at least reimburse for the meal .....or hey buy the next one if I ever do come back !!! At least SOME...
Read moreOn December 7th I took myself and my 3 children as well as my dog for a walk. We all agreed on an afternoon snack and chose to go to Mcdonaldâs. When approaching the front counter to proceed ordering i was rudely approached by a blonde headed manager. I didnât happen to catch her name, but instead of making me feel welcomed or asking me if i was ready to order she begin integrating me about my dog. She demanded proof of service animal certification. For one this is prohibited in the state of Kentucky and for two it instantly put me in to emotional destress which is the reason behind my emotional support animal to begin with. After I explain to her that she is not supposed to be able to ask me for proof of emotional support, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away without caring still demanding proof. So without getting to order or feeling welcomed into the restaurant, I had to scroll through my phone and find her emotional support certification, once doing so I showed her that she indeed was a emotional support animal and in her paperwork it says that it is prohibited in the state of Kentucky to ask me if she is. At this point, I was extremely disrespected and embarrassed, and did not want to proceed to order I also wasnât even in the mood to eat anymore, so I gathered up my children and told them we would go across the way to Arbyâs. Maybe our family would be welcome there. I eat McDonaldâs every single morning without fail. I love my McDonaldâs coffee. The following day not wanting to return to this McDonaldâs. I gave it a second chance I ordered a hot cake and sausage and a coffee and my food was cold having to return it and I was approached with attitude and disrespect, my husband was not happy at all. Neither one of us had a good experience each time we visited this location. I rather drive further distance and have a good experience to come to this McDonaldâs ever again. extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, the management and the judgment! this McDonaldâs does not give you the experience you were hoping for when visiting a fast food restaurant they failed in every category and they let this customer walk out the door, unhappy, and...
