I'm old. I get the Irish pubs confused so I try to give each equal business because I like them all. The Old Guys Pub Crawlers love this place. They serve beer. This is a great place to drink beer. Ed wears a kilt whenever we go here. I know, I know. But Ed loves wearing a kilt except in Tennessee, so just let it go. We love this place. Like all the bars in Lexington, it is on our rotation list.

Very friendly bar staff and grear irish pub feeling. If you need so good conversation there is plenty to be had barrel innthe center of the floor for tables or a nice posting area. Great back Patio for the smokers to keep dry with heated lamps to stay warm as well also front patio in the summer and spring for the people who like to sit out side and drink

Truly a Lexington, KY gem! My crew of 7 walked here every night we were in town during our 4 day bourbon trail tour. I can't say enough about this friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The local regulars in the bar were extremely friendly to us, inviting us to different events etc. Also....YOU WILL NOT FIND CHEAPER DRINKS ANYWHERE ELSE IN LEXINGTON! Molly Brooke's is a cool Irish Pub to visit in downtown Lexington. The atmosphere is the usual distressed wood type place. When visiting it was happy hour and not very busy. Not many seats so anticipate they are a standing room type establishment. The bartender was very nice and helped us remember a place that existed in Lexington from 30 years ago by calling his mother. Great and friendly service from Jessie and Peyton! In solo from out of town for Keeneland. Visited a few times including beautiful afternoon where I enjoyed imbibing outside. Eclectic crowd- including a few dogs- each visit. Solid beer selection, reasonably priced.
