Padrino's Subs — Restaurant in Lexington

Everything. Every single time. All hella good man. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍We do not go anywhere else for take-out style foods, anymore. We do not plan to either. The family loves it we have been three times and not spent less than $100.00. We never do that, ever. The people working here are nothing but wonderful and kind every single time. We have four children and they can put away some food so our orders are rather large. They've never complained about anything we've asked for, not once. They have given us extra things without charge and made something specifically to our standards without question. I have lots of food allergies and they know them and have never given me an issue. My husband is an aspiring chef and he is the best cook for my issues with food, no bias honestly because I'm hella picky. He has not had one single complaint about anything they've made for us. So when I tell you that you've got to try the food , please go try it and judge for yourself. We love it and I hope you do as well, I'm pretty sure you will but we're all different. I was put in charge of ordering food for my team's lunch meeting (about 15 people) and heard good things about Padrinos. I filled out the catering inquiry form on their website over a week ago. I never heard back. I sent a follow-up email three days later to the address listed on the site—still nothing. Finally, I called during what should have been a slow period (2 PM on a Tuesday) and the person who answered said the manager wasn't in and they "don't handle that." They took my name and number, promising a callback. It's been 4 business days and my phone has been silent. We had to go with another sub place that actually responded within an hour. Padrinos lost a $200+ order simply because they don't check...

I've never eaten inside this restaurant. I've ordered through doordash three times already within the past year. I usually order the chicken wings which are excellent every time, ( including today, ) but I also ordered a cheeseburger and I wasn't able to request a temperature, it came delivered at a medium well temperature. And the cheese wasn't American but I think it was fresh, soft mozzarella. But regardless it was delicious. So as I said before, I've been here a year and have ordered from padrino's three times and every time everything has been excellent. Thank you so much!! I really appreciate good food. So kudos to...
