Pelican's SnoBalls Red Bank — Restaurant in Lexington

This post is for the young lady working Friday night we were sitting out enjoying the weather and our snow cones when a nice older couple drove all the way up from Wagner the gentleman said she loves to come up and enjoy a snow cone what happened next was unbelievable. They go up to the window and wait 2 or 3 minutes then the girls says it’s 8 we are closed she then hurries out the door a few minutes later and tells them we will see you next time. They tried to tell her they drove over 30 minutes to get there. Were has customer service gone very sad and as local business owners in the area you have now lost several customers over a situation that could have been handled...

My friend and I visited Pelican's SnoBalls in the 110 degree weather the other day. I had a mixed icey of cotton candy and cheesecake topped with lots of whipped cream. Let me tell you...absolutely delicious! Perfect for a HOT South Carolina afternoon snack! And affordable to boot! They actually offer a Cornhole game outside and while sitting there I swear it was the only place in South Carolina with a cool breeze. Try it out guys it won't disappoint with over 100 flavors to choose from. Happy snacking and stay cool...

Never had an issue with this location, but arrived 25-30 min before closing. The 3 young folks were already 3/4 closed up and looked ready to walk out the door. Ordered and received a cup of ice with a very small amount of syrup(just enough to cover the top 1/4 of the cup. The entire bottom 3/4 cup plain shaved ice. Highly disappointed as this has never happened in the past. May just drive further to the West Columbia location...
