My attempted order took over 7 minutes
3 min waiting for someone to answer Rally's 1w:59 Aug 11 4 people 7.5 min Military garb clean only said I'm good
Told I couldn't order Told to go to the walk -up window 2 customers get served before me even though I was in line in front of them Told to go to other walk-up window 2 more customers skip me My now I'm thinking Rally's has their employees hate on anyone who doesn't have a car.. And this big girl at 12:59 on Aug 11th Finally onpen the windoane I say simply and only thing I said was "I'm good" And no apologies, no service with a smile but then tells something at me as I'm walking away. Wow I know it wasn't "have a good day" I can only assume it was derogatory. Why why? And what did I do? Good mood, Clean cloths, freshly showered and shaved in military garb. So all becouse I was riding a MotorBike? I'm not buying it Doesent even make sense.
So why is it that I drive up in a motorbike and shut it off at the order terminal and told that they can't talk to me to take my order because of insurance. So 1-2 ton vehicles are ok but a few hundred pounds bike turned off is too dangerous? You can't afford the insurance? So Miley Cyrus can insure her tongue and Tom Jones canninsure his chest hair but Rally's and checkers can insure anyone who pulls up? I'm not buying it.
But you can have a 4in+ gap going about 12 feet accross your entrance and exit... Got a pic on my way out. That's ok but I'm not I'd fix that gap before I'd go being rude to customers is your so concerned about...

Read moreMr. West, the manager who took my order was very rude from the very start of my ordering experience! My partner and I could have used the drive thru, but because we had been out and about discovering the city of Lexington, my boyfriend needed to get out and stretch his legs, we had been sitting a while, so it was why we chose to use the walk up option, well, we were told in a bit of a rude way, the drive thru would have been a better choice, because his attitude was the food wouldn't come any faster, we weren't greeted as we walked up, this was his attitude from the start and it was obvious he was having a very hard day, but that's not the fault of a customer! I ordered the mushrooms Swiss burger and was told very rudely that they were out of the mushrooms sauce, then when my boyfriend asked for a swirl cone, again we were told in a very rude manner that they were out of cones, and I understand things like that happen , and we weren't given straws for the two Cokes we ordered! I think this manager obviously needs to find a less stressful job, if he's aggravated at working in fast food! I sure hope this location will find someone who can do his job better, because he is in...
