BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE EMPLOYEE'S AROUND HERE... CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT, DO NOT ARGUE OVER A DOLLAR BURGER, WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN, PEOPLE NEED TO GROW UP HERE

1st off drive thru attendant did not want to take out order and told us to go away basically (the for of us)...15 minutes later the black dude (didn't want to take our order either) that has the glasses on opens up the other window takes our order (newby) and it was very simple "2 all American cheeseburgers plain, fry, drink and mozzarella sticks... get my order 10 min later.. I go outside to eat, everything is going fine until I got to the second burger... somebody put mustard under the burger ( I'm p.o. at this point) so I go back in and tell him there was mustard on it and it only had one bite out of it and i spit it on the ground, he says you got the receipt, I said no its outside, he said he needed that first and I said ok...I said go ahead and start making it cause my food is getting cold at this point, he says "alright BRUH", so I walk out, he had seen the burger so I threw it away, he did not take it, I come back with the receipt like he said he needed, he says "where is the burger", I said I threw it away, he tells me "you can't get another one cause you don't have it "plus I saw you eating it BRUH", so I told him slowly, "you saw the burger right", "yeah but I saw you eating it bruh", I HATE MUSTARD, WHY WOULD I EAT IT?! why are you arguing with a customer over a $1.06 burger, you told me all you needed was the receipt, did not take the burger (that's where he messed up) luckily I didnt throw it in his face the first time I came in.... told him I was leaving a bad review then, he tells me alright then...

This store smokes, 🔥💯❤️‍🔥and the manager is SERIOUS about service, clean clean, and QUALITY on the SOLID BAG!!! Then flash home OR park it, hit the umbrella . . . Since the Rally’s on South Broadway closed, this location has been my go to. Not anymore, until big improvements happen, I won’t be back. I understand that in today’s world, wait times, inventory and service aren’t what they used to be. But what I experienced today was absolutely ridiculous. The line was back 4 or 5 cars, which isn’t surprising for what time of day it was. But it took at least 10 mins before one car moved. By the time I was finally able to place my order, at least 3 or 4 cars pulled off because of how slowly the line was moving. I clearly placed my order, after waiting another 10-15 mins to make it to the window, which would I have taken even longer if more vehicles didn’t end up driving away that were in line a head of me. The cashier nicely repeated my order to me, incorrectly…I politely Corrected her mistake. She yelled the correction around the corner to the cook. Another 10 mins passed…I hear the cook asking about my order, which the cashier repeated to the cook how I wanted my burger dressed…she told the cook wrong. I corrected her a second time…she corrected the cook a second time. Another 5 or 10 mins passes. The cook walks out of the side door, drenched in sweat, she proceeded to pull a rag from her breast to wipe the sweat as she’s walking to give orders to people who had been waiting longer then me in the front parking spots. This looked completely unsanitary. Does this location not have air conditioning? She walks back in, hands my order to the cashier, mocking how I wanted the burger. Everything I asked not to be put on, was piled on…so much mayo and ketchup I could hardly see the single patty…which was supposed to be a double….I’ll gladly take my...
