Love the monthly plant swaps at Blue stallion. They have been getting very creative recently with their events. Excited to hit game night on Tuesdays soon. Salsa nights are also packed every time if you come late expect parking lot to be full and find additionall parking in the street. New events have done clothing swaps and speed dating. Made even better by longstanding employees like Fred Birch who is the Astarion of personalities here, rolling 10+ in charisma every fateful chance he meets you. 24 taps including: beers, lagar, ipa, sours and ciders on tap with fresh additions often. Place is noce and space for group friend meets. Fun for dates who enjoy pool table or arcade macines. Always a few board games open for free play as well if you need help with conversation starters. Atmosphere is bright and laid back. Windows let in lots of natural light. Patio has covering and seating. Bathrooms typically tidy. Food menu is available featurimg pizza and apps. Sumatra beer barrels are used in local favorite coffee Nate's coffee Sumatra Mandheling. Overall neat local Lexington dive off west 3nd street. Great addition to a brewery tour! Only thing i would change is I wish they had pitchurs for sale. Drink sizes come in 5oz, 12oz, 16oz with a few options for 4 packs. This is one of my favorite bars to frequent when I visit Lexington. The atmosphere has the same feeling as greeting an old friend and you feel at ease instantly. The selection of drinks is always a pleasant surprise but you always know that with each sip you're getting a high quality handcrafted batch no matter the beverage of choice.
