Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lexington

I ordered from here online, it was a pretty big order. When I got there to pick up my food, they already had it ready and waiting for me. An employee helped me carry everything to my car, even after I assured him that I could carry it all myself, he helped me carry it all out to my car in the cold rain. I wish I would've gotten his name so that he could be recognized for the exemplary customer service he provided, but, like a dummy, I didn't think to ask his name or look for a name tag. When I got the food home, I was really surprised at the large portions. The food was really good, and the only complaint I have is that the pulled pork tacos didn't have quite enough pork on them, but they were still REALLY good. My husband had a plate of nachos and said they were his favorite part of the whole meal. If you want some really good nachos, tacos, or burrito bowls, this is the place to order them! Thank you to the staff for working so hard to provide great meals and even better customer service! 10/10...

I ordered nachos for my daughter and did not receive even close to enough meat for the chips. For myself, I only wanted chips and queso. I usually order the chips and queso with drink combo as a snack every other week. The combo with drink is about $4 and some change. On the menu, it is also advertised as a combo for $4 plus tax. When I tried to order it, I was told I can’t order that without ordering another combo as well. I showed them the combo on the menu and nowhere did it say you must purchase additional combo. Not even in fine print. She argued with me that I can’t get the combo by itself. So I ended up not getting a drink with it and really wanted to just walk out but they already fixed my food and I’m not that type of person. Very disappointed with service and I will not be returning to this location. The other location near Lexington Medical Center has much friendlier staff and always serve what’s available...

We have been regular customers for a long time originally starting out about once a week and slowly decreasing our visits as the portioning and food quality went down and the customer service disappeared. The most recent visit their soda machine was out of CO2 and they didn't tell anybody as they continued to sell drinks when we asked about it they said we'll check in a minute and then never checked when we followed up on it the young man finally told us oh we're out but we watched as they continued to sell drinks to customers and filled drinks for to-go orders even then they knew everything they were serving was flat. There was no concern for their customers no energy and no effort to make this a positive visit. It looks like we will find another...
