I called at 2:06 last night and place on hold for 6mins. My order was for delivery and the worker asked for my address at 2:13. She then asked how do you spell it and then placed me on hold AGAIN this time it was for 5minutes! I hung up and call again at 2:18 I said can I place an offer, the worker that answers (female) said yes once sec place me on hold again! I called from another phone (while still being on hold) at 2:23 and a man answers this time. I asked if I could place an order. He told me no due to it being closing time (it’s now 2:23) but they close at 3:00. I explained that I have been on hold since 2:06. He said I understand but only have 2 drivers and one of them just got back. I then said so can I place an order he again told me no. I said if that was the case then why wasn’t I informed instead of being placed on hold several times. He said that the worker came back and asked him was this order going in the same direction. He said he told her he didn’t know because he was “busy”. It shouldn’t matter if the order is going in the same direction or not. Again I was left on hold and was not informed of any of it. The manager jumped back to saying he only has 1 driver after saying he has 2. Not to mention I could tell he was lying because his words were all over the place, stuttering, and losing his train of thought. I asked for corporates number he refused to give it to me. This would have been my first time ordering from Sir Pizza and now it’s my last. Customer service...
Read moreThere seems to be a thread of negativity for Sir Pizza on Richmond Road. I must be extremely lucky in regards to the food I have ordered from Sir Pizza over the years. My food always arrives hot and within a reasonable amount of time. Yes, I understand if the delivery takes a little longer during peak hours or during a Cats game. Now to the important part - the food. I definitely have enjoyed various pizzas and sandwiches from here. All good. If you desire something on your pizza or sandwich, let whomever is taking your order know and they will try to accommodate your desires. Lately I have been ordering their lasagna, spaghetti or baked spaghetti. Again all good. These dishes are served with a nice lettuce, carrot and cabbage salad ( try with their homemade Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing) and warm garlic bread. Not only are the dishes tasty, but the portions are more than generous. If you have expectations of a gourmet pizza restaurant, you will probably be disappointed. If you're looking for an above average locally owned pizza "joint" that has better food than most, place your order with Sir Pizza. The food is fairly priced ( lasagna dinner with the accoutrements - $8.50!) and delivered by friendly drivers. Did I mention that they deliver until 3:00-4:00 a.m. Good people, good food, fair prices are a winning combination for me. Hopefully for you as well. Give Sir...
