I place the order online. When I arrived a very short time later, there were seven or eight cars in the Drive-Thru line, so I took my place. The cars moved quickly and I got to the window a little faster than expected. When I gave them my name, I was fussed at for arriving to soon and was told that they had only received the order approximately 2 minutes ago. I beg to differ, but who's to quibble over a couple of minutes. Well, apparently they do. The app indicated my order would be ready in 4-7 minutes. (I have the screenshot if they want proof.) It was more than 4 minutes from the time I placed the order and the time I arrived at the window. I'm sorry for not knowing how many other online orders had been placed, right? What I did not appreciate was that I was fussed at for not adequately predicting the amount of time required between placing my order, getting in line, and getting to the window. I certainly didn't know how many orders have been placed in front of me It didn't seem like it was worth the amount of oxygen it took for the employee to fuss at me over this. This location has eliminated in store seating, and doesn't allow customers inside at all. There is limited parking, and it was raining, so it would have been very difficult to walk up to the window and wait for my order to be given to me. This has to be the most unfriendly Starbucks location anywhere. They don't even try to offer a pleasant customer service experience. There's another location in town that doesn't have in-store seating, but at least they allow customers to come inside and wait for a drink. Would it really be that difficult to allow that here? Well today for 2nd time out of three visits I have gotten luke warm coffee. You are closed inside=no atmosphere. I understand due to pandemic, but every thing else should be on point. It is drip coffee, repeat coffee (it's in your name). You should have mastered this by now. Instead of coming up with the next pink crapacinno; how about reset on basics like polite, competent staff, great product served quickly, and served at a competitive price. You had friendly staff, they were however unable to rebrew coffee. Instead of saying this is 2 hours old, would you wait? They served it. They ended up giving me the wrong cake pop so I had to go to the mobile order pick up window, I had to ring the doorbell thing they have for service three times and at least got looked at 4 times they knew I was standing there. When someone came to the window both workers decided to argue with me about what I ordered. At that point I became a little mad with them and asked for a refund. I had to go back and get my card and the second time a different employee came to the window and still argued. They still gave me the wrong cake pop and I eventually just got tired of asking for the right thing and left.
